Ishan thanx for the prompt reply but its not working, i used the imageshack to get the link.  I tried all three links, direct link and the embed link but none works.  Should i resize the video ive uploaded b4 i get the link and  what size should i chose.  kindly help

Go to your 'Preferences' section and see the options.

In case you don't know where the 'Preferences' section is..
Follow>>>> You will see My Dashboard on the orange color tab at the top right of your India-forums page. Click and you will see Profile edit under your profile pic-->click on it and you will find the 'Preferences' tab :)
