It entirely depends on what kind of choice does that particular woman have. It's that simple. If a woman can carry off such clothes with ease and without any sign of uncomfortably then what is the problem with it? However, there are many women who wear such clothes irrespective of their SIZES and I suggest em not to war such clothes. LOL
Thanks for acknowledging  the torture men have to go through....LOL

@RTH's question: But who determines the middle path? Is my middle the same as someone else's middle?

Its a point of compromise between two extremes that in turn is more than just a mere compromise. It has more value than either of the extreme points. One of our duty is to work towards finding this peak that has the most value. We have to experiment to find this optimal point.

Look at it in terms of various forces in life that try to pull you. You have to find a balance between these forces. Look at one example: we have some duties to do and in addition, there are luxurious things to keep our mind happy. Just doing work will be drab and boring. It will also reduce our efficiency. Just giving into pleasure will make it addictive and waste our time.

Is that middle point personal? When we have more than one person involved then nothing is personal. We have our own way of doing things and society wants us to do something in its own way. Individual and society both have to reach a compromise that turns out to be optimal for them. Society pulls different individuals to some optimal point. At higher level, different societies pull each other to a global optimal point. Forces are at play and things move according to the forces. For example I think current day solutions like democracy, etc are a value filled compromise points between monarchy(one ruler of all people) and anarchy(free people). Thus, democracy is closer to the optimal point.

What is optimal? I think morality is also about remembering past lessons from history and not falling into the same traps again and again. This leads to waste of time and resources. Morality is about not wasting time and resources. For examples, morality saves us from being addictive to pleasure because addiction wastes time. Time and resources are very important.

A small example: At work imagine everyone starts wearing provocative clothes then it will waste time because people will be distracted. However, wearing drab clothes will make the work boring and painful. Thus, middle solution will be to wear clothes that don't provocate many people and at the same time are beautiful and not drab.

Thus, listen to yourself, but listen to society as well.

Poor women are also women. Once I opened a topic about such unfortunate folks of India, who would take a better life if it were offered to them ... an opportunity if it could pass their path...

As I stated before one cannot ask such a sexist question in our modern and civilized society. One can be dragged to the court for asking such a sexist question. (Though you can very well ask why men and women wear short clothes and the answer to such a question can be traced back to pre-civilization period.)

Of course tribal women are women and their photos clearly show how women prefers to dress up whether they live in forests or cities. Why do they dress up like that? Because its perfectly natural to dress up like that, only those who are not ashamed of their bodies can dress up in a way which you call revealing. You need to understand that in old days men and women didn't use to wear clothes. Later as civilizations came into existence rules and regulations were made and men and women started wearing clothes according to the climate of their region. Now wearing clothes doesn't mean that they have to cover up from head to toe.

You are mixing up two issues; poverty and choice of clothes. Tribals wear clothes the way they wear because its the only way they know, they don't follow the rules and regulations of the modern civilizations. Its perfectly normal for them to dress up that way, it has nothing to do with poverty.

When humans migrated from warm climate regions to cold climate they might have used animal skins etc to keep themselves warm. Were all people poor before the idea of stitching and clothing came into existence? Were women poor when there was nothing called bra and they didn't use to cover up their upper body part? There was a time when naked body was not a taboo and there was no such thing called modesty.

You have seen pictures of how tribal women and men dress up. You must have seen men and women dressing up in minimum clothes (or revealing in your words) in modern societies. What does that tell you? This is how they like to dress up. Their bodies feel trapped inside clothes especially in summers. Clothes are required only in cold weather to keep the body warm. There is nothing like revealing/more revealing/less revealing. Today, people wear clothes as per their taste and liking and climate. Not everyone is forced by religion to cover up from head to toe. There are people for whom its mandatory for whatever reasons to cover up from head to toe, in their case showing a toe or finger could be a case of revealing. On the other side, there are men and women for whom wearing tiny shorts and skirts is not revealing but bikinis could be. If you are on a nude beach surrounded by naked men and women, nothing is revealing but everybody is at peace because they are in their birth suit and most comfortable in harmony with nature.
