umm...Guantanamo??

And have them run around in the bay.

As of now only 193 remain in Gitmo and the facilities are scheduled to be shut down by executive order. They are preparing facilities in Illinois for the transfer.

But i doubt whether we will be able to get much information from the likes of Kazab. Kazab was a thug who involved in petty crimes before joining the terrorist organisation. Many such people join such organisations for money, drugs and all probably than for ideological reasons. These people maynot know much about the organisation  as a whole, the top ones in the hierarchy, government's relation with the organisation, it's true goals(it  neednot be just religion or ideology or so) or so. Maybe It is all  hidden from many of such lowest level recruits probably or maybe they will be falsely informed.

The lower rung is the only source we have to reach to the top of the ladder. Advanced investigation forces around the world have not been able to make inroads. There is a lot more information that still can be gained from the likes of Kasab.

- to better understand what drives petty criminals to join terror organization.
- to see if there are psychological tipping points or profiles amidst criminals that should be focused on for potential terror
- get the next level information - who recruited them, who trained them, who supplied them and then go after the next level to go higher. Even narcotics who bust major drug cartels - usually they are able to arrest only the petty roadside dealers - but through these petty dealers they move up the rungs to the actual cartels and transporters.

And death IMHO is too good for people who have no conscious value for life or death or human sanctity.

Hang him till death. No other punishment. If given a life imprisonment, he will continue to suck into taxpayers hard earned money. A whooping 31 crores (i.e 8.5 lakh per day) on such a disgusting and a lowly creature?Thumbs Down Instead that money could be used to educate and towards the healthcare of poor and needy people.
