usually at the mall but I shop at boutiques alot too...i also like online shopping.

mostly local thrift shops where you get them for 90% less the price... i used to shop online and in malls but when i was more into fashion it became a little more expensive... i had to think outside the box... i mix and match and redesign used clothes now... http://www.addonx.com/Windows/ebooks/review-Virtual-Fashion-Works-1183551.html i got this designing kit right here... it's fun to alter stuff... especially when you are broke and can't afford anything...

I usually head off to Metro Centre, you have everything under one building so it's much easier, i don't like buying stuff online, i just don't trust giving out my credit card details out like that.
