I don't think Armaan will ever call her Dr. Modi...even after he finds out she ia married to Sid.  Armaan could never bare to see any other GUY even look at Riddhima...or imagine Riddhima with any other guy....so if he talks to her after he finds out the truth...the will always adress her as just Riddhime...not Mrs. or R. Modi...it will be too painful for him!!!
