3 ounce Fresh spinach
1/2 tbsp Currants
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1.Heat oil in a skillet and add the currants and spinach.
2.Cook the spinach for 2-3 minutes until spinach is almost fully wilted.
3.Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
4.Stir well to combine and serve.
