Attitude that made you want to kick his ass, was what he was known for, unlike sagar his best buddy, he believed in love, aaj meena, kal tina, aur parso kareena. That was love for him. He wasn't even a tit bit like sagar. Though he had the looks of a greek god, yet he didn't bother about it. Studies had never meant a word to him, after his dad passed away. It was like his reason to live had gone off with the ashes of his father.
When sagar would walk into the Chinese restaurant, in palki street, for his blind date, he would enter the disc across the street. The only thing which called true to him and sagar, was their respect for women. Even though love changed everyday for him, he always made sure, he didn't break up, he would set the girl up with someone else. Once someone becomes his friend, he would go to any bounds for the girl.
Nupur bhushan-
She was the perfect small town girl who could ever be found on earth, haughty and gorgeous as she was, she had no idea that held true. She had attitude, every normal guess does, which she always showed off *when necessary*. She wasn't the bitchy know it alls around the campus, infact she was the good girl. With a heart of glass, she came to excel, just to stay away from the million matches, her mom found for her every other day.

She was the human prototype of a broken radio, either it would never work, or it would never stop. That was her. Once she would start to talk there would be no stopping her, but when she was upset there was no consoling her. She hated crybabies, as her aim in life was live and let live. But even then, she came to care for a girl, who she had met at the staircase of the hostel, crying. She came to see her as her own sister, that was gunjan.

She was the college diva, with her taunts and her looks, it was said, befriending her was the biggest challenge in life, yet someone succeeded to look through her, someone succeeded to look at her real self. And when they did, there was no separating them.
Samrat gill-
shireens elder brother, the male version of raj in ddlj, he would frequently visit Europe every now and then, and would on purpose miss his train, and run and catch it, hoping someone would come by and let him take her hand. But every time he came back empty handed, he would reason out, 'dude raj met simran, when he travels from London to Europe, not bombai nagaria to Europe! Samjha!'
Gunjan Irani-
A brave girl, with a uncanny ability to look through someones heart and judge them. She was extremely pretty, and took no vane to show off, something which people loved her about her. She was a girl who did not believe in love, she always believed love was just imaginary, and at the end she would be trapped in arrange marriage. But thats where she goes wrong.
