I know about IT .... sakali 8 pasun ratri 10 paryant easily kam kartat te...offcourse tasa load ani pressure asel tar.....it depends... ani additionally me he kam karnar nahi te kam karnar nahi. its not my job .. ashi reasons pan nahit.... managment level cha manus low level chi pan kama karto tithe ! believe it..... aaplya kadchi kahi mansa rumors / gairsamaj pasrvatat which are not 100% true always.... ani kahi lokan baddal / work related asel tikde tasa pan we cannot map all with just small group....

i m not talking abt small group. i have my frnds workg for IT giants like wipro, capgemini, accenture, tcs, infy, oracle, sap and ibm. Eka project madhe astana amhala ratri 2 wajta US varun roj call yaycha teva american nave tar aaplich manse karat hoti. While americans used to ask them why dont you do this tomm. May be exp varies from person to person.

From this little experiences we may not come to any final conclusion that they are lazy or something like not hardworking.and tat also all of them... I personally worked with them and have seen working hard like us or even more than that...  plus they have ability to use time very well.. I have seen them working full day & night while doin kinda of R&D development work in IT field.

Actually dont mind : pan aapan loka ashya prakarache assumptions karun aapla mansik samadhan karun ghet asto.... ani te loka aaple weakness point karnya aiwaji aaplya strengths la aapreciate kartat and this is truth.

All I can say is be it India or anywhere else we are all people. So we find all kind of people everywhere!! I have had experiences with people here being very methodical and highly professional.
