King Khan goes a-way lot unparalleled from other superstars of Bollywood. Splendidly, he's been a master of experiments picking exceptional roles as well scripts. Be it 'Don', 'Chak De India', 'KANK' or his recent 'RNBDJ'; you'll find more substantiality with classy factors. Perhaps, he's got whole lot of similar projects gearing up fast on heels. 'My Name is Khan' depicts him as a smart chap affected with Asperger's Syndrome while sequel to 'Don' brings you SRK yet more sleek and stylish.

More than all, the most electrifying part is that SRK is all set to go the way of James Bond. Titled as 'RA-1', Director Anubhav Sinha much excited says that it's a superhero flick with scintillating special effects, more gizmos and gadgets as we would spotted in James Bonds' movies.

According to closer sources, 'SRK is on strict diet has gaining certain looks and film goes straight on floors by mid-September.'

Shah Rukh Khan defers sci-fi film, Ra 1 to next year; reluctant to do heavy-duty action scenes because he is still recovering from his shoulder injury

Shah Rukh Khan is in no mood to take any more chances with his health. His film, Ra 1 to be directed by Anubhav Sinha, will only go on the floors next year as Shah Rukh has not recovered fully from his shoulder injury. As a result, the film will roll in mid 2010 instead of September 2009.

A source said, "SRK has been suffering because of his shoulder injury. He had injured himself on the sets of Dulha Mil Gaya a few months ago. After his surgery, SRK started shooting for Karan Johar's My Name is Khan, which he will soon complete. However, he decided to temporarily put Ra 1 on hold as he is required to do some serious action sequences in the film. SRK decided to push Ra 1 to 2010 after he recently went for a check-up in the US where he is currently shooting for Karan's film. After the check-up, SRK felt the time is not right to do the action film as there is quite a high risk that his injury will aggravate if he doesn't take it easy. Now, SRK has decided to first start Farah Khan's film Happy New Year."

This is the second time that Ra 1 has been put on hold. It was first supposed to go on the floors in February 2009 but was pushed to September due to SRK's injury. The actor was so excited about the action film that he had planned to go on a strict diet to get in shape. Shah Rukh plays a superhero in Ra 1, which is full of SFX and state-of-the-art gizmos just like Bond films. SRK was so excited about this science fiction film that he had even suggested the title.

Director Anubhav Sinha patiently heard us out and promised to call back but he was later unavailable for comment.

Actually, the film is more about the villain. I am not playing the villain. I am going to keep the story very simple but hopefully, create an interesting villain. I have three to four people in mind. A superhero should be incidental.

A superhero is no-one without a super-villain. I'm working on the super villain and then I'll play the superhero. I want to play a superhero before I grow too old, and the wrinkles start showing and my six pack goes. I will consciously try not to get carried away by the vfx but by the content. "
