This one's on Mayur too (:
As she glanced to look over her hands .. She saw the beautiful mehendi all over her hand from the elbow. But even though it was beautiful she wasn't happy. A drop of tear slid out from her eyes. She was getting married .. Of course that is not the worst point. She was getting married to a person whom she didn't love & she left back the person whom she loved or still loves =)
Not a single person present there knew what the girls wish was. But she did.
She kept glancing at the door & suddenly she got up with a bang, The wind knew no bounds..Her hair flew & she turned!
She ran towards the door & saw her friends talking & laughing :)
She said "Guuyss ... Mayank kaha hai?" With a tensed look :|
They knew what she wanted to say & they pointed towards Mayank.
There was mayank standing like a stick. Happening to be hiding his tears from the world .. Which meant Nupur!
YES! Nupur meant the world to Mayank & her smile the reason why he is still breathing.
Nupur never had realized that she liked Mayank. She had realzied all this just on the last day of college. She had never took him more than as a friend but today her heart just kept beating for him. Her friends were the one who had realised that they were meant for each other.
Every time they met her heart did beat but she was unaware that it had beaten for Mayank.
She had tried to impress him every now & then .. So that he could think that she was the one for him. Her favourites .. The way she talks .. Her beahaviour .. EVERYTHING! Just for a normal guy :)
But when she came to know about her marriage she was helpless.
She tried telling it to mayank & telling him that she loved him.
Buut she was afraid whether he liked him or ... =(
She stopped meeting him. So that she could forget him & stop thinking about him!
But life is strange. When she wanted to love him life didn't give her a chance & when she ignored him life kept on giving her a chance & bringing Mayank in front of her!
They met yet again in a friends farewell .. She kept hiding herself from Mayank .. But his love couldn't leave her.
She saw Mayank that day after a very long time .. 3 months 28 days 7 hours & 56 minutes .. She counted each minute till months in her head.
He was shining .. His smile was glowing. She closed her eyes & dreamt of the days she had spent with him & a tear fell of her eye. But she had to control herself if she wanted her & Mayank to stay happy!
But mayank had got pulled to her as if she was a magnet.
He came & said "Hey nupur .. Tum bahut sundar lag rahi ho" :)
Nupur : Errmm uh ye..yea Tha..Thanks. Gave a freaky smile
Mayank: Tuum mujhe call nahi kar rahi thi .. Kya hua?
Nupur: Oh umm umm main thodi busy thi *looks down*
Mayank: Aah okay btw I missed you a loot
This made her shiver .. She looked upto Mayank & glanced at him.
She thought the whole world had been paused & they were the only one who were there .. Centre of attraction (:
But then she thought he must be telling all that since he's only like a friend .. Nothing else :(
He kept looking at her but nupur had to ignore him. Then the party had come to an end & they left each other yet again =(
This time Mayank kept sending her mails & messages but she ignored them as she didn't have the capacity of bearing them anymore.
This time she confessed & said to her friends as well as Mayank that she's getting married. Her friends went all 😲😲😲
But she controlled herself & said that she was the happiest person in the whole world & she loves the person whom she's getting married to .. But it was all a lie & her friends knew this .. They knew that Mayank was the one (:
Mayank didn't know what to do .. His smile suddenly faded off & he kept staring at Nupur in a strange way as if she has betrayed hiim .. Yes she had done that ;)
Nupur still ignored his strange odd looks & smiled & giggled with her friends .. But she was dying inside =((
Mayank left the place.
BACK TO ENGAGEMENT!
Nupur: Mayank .. Main tumhe aakhri baar ke liye dekh rahi hu .. Bye nahi kahoge *cries*
Mayank : Walks upto her .. sits next to her.. Wipes her tears & controlling his own speaks .. " Nupur ..
Tumhare bina main adhura hu .. Adhura tha .. Aur shayad rahunga
Tum woh thi jo mere zindagi mein ek nayi khushi laati thi
Lekin ...
He wipes his tears & walks away.
Nupur was certainly the happiest person & the most silliest person.
She now knew that he loved her as much as she did but never let her knew ;)
She cried & cried & realised how silly could she get .. If she wouuld have told him the truth he wouldn't have left her.
She thought it was too late .. She was going to tie knots with another person ... She couldn't leave that place .. It would spoil everyones life.
But would it really?
