SIDDHANT AND RIDDHIMA APPRECIATION THREAD # 9
This thread is dedicated to all Sidddhant Modi aka Karan Wahi & Riddhima Gupta aka Jennifer Winget jodi fans.
Karan Wahi: Young and dashing Karan Wahi born on June 9, 1986 is the real choclate boy of Indian television. Karan Wahi is originally from Mohali. Karan completed his schooling from the St. Marks School, Meerabagh. He also attended the IILM Institute for Higher Education in Delhi and the Delhi University. Karan has done his graduation in Commerce. Karan made his acting debut with the TV serial Remix on STAR One channel.
His favorite bollywood actor includes Amitabh Bacchan and Shahrukh Khan.Kal Ho Na Ho is his favourite movie. Karan loves to play drums. He was the only boy who used to play drums in his school. Along with acting, he is a good dancer and has been part of a reality show. He loves to work-out and often spends his free time on the sets doing that. He is an absolute video game fanatic and one can witness that by seeing him at INORBIT busy with the games. Karan is also a great cricketer and helped his school come to the semi-finals of the Jayanti Devi Goel Memorial Cricket Tournament. Karan arrived in Mumbai in search of a career in cricket but landed in 'Remix'.
During school days he used to love playing drums. Along with acting, he is a good dancer and has been part of a reality show. He loves to work-out and often spends his free time on the sets doing that. He is an absolute video game fanatic and his favorite hangout is INORBIT of Mumbai.
Karan arrived in Mumbai in search of a career in cricket, instead started his career as an actor, and today is popular among the young viewers. Karan Wahi is well-known for his role in STAR One's noted soap, Remix. The role he played in the show was of Ranvir Sisodia, an angry lover boy. After a long break, he starred as Rajveer in the show Mere Ghar Aayi Ek Nanhi Pari. He has also joined the new season of the popular TV Show Dill Mill Gayye as a new intern named Siddhanth Modi.
He is also hoping for a Bollywood Career. He has recently participated in the dance reality show called, Siitare Zameen Par: Mr & Ms. TV alongside Purbi Joshi. He made it to the finals but lost the title though his performances were appreciated

Jennifer Winget: Born on 30th May 1985 a bubbly and vivacious Jennifer Winget is recognized for her different avatars on the small screen. Born and brought up in Mumbai, she is of mixed descent. Her father is Punjabi Christian and mother Punjabi Sikh.
She first landed a minor role in the show Koi Dil Main Hai from Balaji Telefilms when she was seventeen years of age. Her first big break was in the popular soap Kasauti Zindagi Kay as Sneha, daughter of Prerna and Anurag Basu who is adopted by Mr. Bajaj. Her role of Dr. Riddhima in Dill Mill Gayye brought her accolades.
Jennifer Winget is recognized for her different roles on the small screen as Riddhima, Simran, Sneha and Ganga. She has starred opposite Karan Singh Grover in Dill Mill Gayye and Kasauti Zindagi Kay. Before doing lead roles, she did small roles in Kkusum, Kahiin To Hoga, Kyaa Hogaa Nimmo Kaa - all shows produced by Balaji Telefilms. She starred as a child actor in the show Shaka Laka Boom Boom. She also participated in the dance reality show Zara Nachke Dikha, where she was part of the Meethi Chhuri Ladkiyan team. She has also done a few advertisements. Her ambition is to own a big chain of hotels in future.
She also tried her luck in Bollywood. Her acting career began when she appeared in Akele Hum Akele Tum as a child artist when she was just fifteen years of age. Later on she acted in the Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan film Kuch Naa Kaho in a cameo role. She said in an interview that she isn't too keen to go back to Bollywood because she is quite content with her successful television career. Her dream role is that of Rani Mukherjee in Black.
