i think the person is taking abt the pics, i would not use the word hot, i would say disgusting, even though i know its not her fault :)

Poor Kat..well should strangle the designer 4 the 2nd one...n she should be more careful than this!😲

and the 1st snap it kind of looks like she is either just getting up or sitting down cz of her awkward angle..come on people even a normal every day girl might face this problem just 4 a second by a tiny wrong movement..n her bad luck that t was captured at that very minute:(

actually its not totally kats fault, its the person who takes such pics and yes, kat should be little conscious

whats the point of posting thesse pictures here over and over,. theres already many post about the same pictures. obviously if the're constantly being photographed a small wardrobe malfunction once in a while is inevitable .
