Why Sharavani is living in Manav's House

I don't understand why Sharavani is living in Manav's house before she is even married to him. Shouldn't she be at her Dad's (Girishji) house for now?

Well, the thing is she is pregnant with Sachin's child so they thought its better if she stayed with Savita and Vandu who can look after her.
