YEs.. massage really helps.. it increase the blood circulation.. which does helps your hair in the long run.

Some good hot oil "champee" would do the trick and may help in making your hair stronger and thicker. But this excerise should be part of your regime.

I agree with jan11 .. something natural and non-chemically would surely help  if you had to specific bad hair days.

Beat an egg and massage it into freshly washed hair. After five minutes, rinse it out with cool water. Not hot water.. try it if you like to have scrammbled egss for bfast.
