And as Ramsha kindly pointed out, DMG - 2 on its good days garnered TRP of 0.7 and 0.8 as well which means that if given enough thought and script, it could have climbed above the 1 range at least.
I would be embarrassed to be associated with a show that only managed in TRP's between 0.6 and 0.8 when other shows were gaining TRP's in 5.0 and 6.0 range.
