stupidity in 31st Jan episode

Guys, did you see that when Nakul was stabbed and lying on the beach, the melodrama was at its peak and nobody was taking him to hospital instead Aryaman was slapping garv.

On top of that the police came before ambulance and they arrested Garv and left, when the police van was leaving the ambulance arrived. different places may have different police rules, but nowhere have I seen the police leaving the victim nearly dead and arresting the culprit and go for good.  I guess this only happens in Ekta's serials
