Various religions started as a result of Divine Will.
Basically the most importanat lesson in all these religions is
"Be Good, Do Good and See Good"
It sounds very simplistic but it has very deep and significant meaning to this.
Once we acquire the quality of Goodness, we evolve spiritually very fast.

I realise very notable and good points in each of the various religions and I would hate it if any of these religions fade away or is discontinued.

@ red, that's exactly d motive of every religion.

But what is happening in India is extremely unfair. Evangelists give money and convert Hindus here. All minority castes have been concerted into Christianity just for d sake of money.
yes I see your point. Some Evangelists are a nuisance and they are only wasting time.
God only cares about quality and not quantity, He does not care what religion you follow either. All he cares for is the love and goodness in a person.
If the Evengelists can make someone a good person we should thank them.
But people are very hard to change.
Generally I encourage every person to follow their parent's religion as far as possible.

Who is more wrong - the one who is willing to sell faith, or the person up for buying it?

Most of them believe in relgious theories...I believe a man too much burdened by theories becom serious.....a man who is unburdened, has no burden of theories over his being, starts laughing...I seen some religious people not able to laugh...they fultime with serious face...they cant openly laugh...I think different religion's principles, ideologies, dogmas, doctrines.....Its all different kind of 'science'....with different direction...Actuly we should search the actual science...Thrs is no need to believe in anything that is the fundamental of science...I think thats scientific approach to reality... do not believe, inquire it..Smile

Definetly d person who sells his faith. No wonder we just have quality hindus today.
Atheists, Agnostics are all found in Hinduism and not Christians and Muslims. Major fault lies in Hindus who aren't able to realize d importance of their own religion.
Hinduism was one of the earliest major religions and other religions are only an offshoot. They are all intertwined and related.
Remember no matter which religion we follow we have to rise above the religion to the spiritual plane where religion does not exist anymore. Once the wings are developed there is no reason to walk anymore.
