Karan breaks open the door of the operation theatre and shouts "Stop, this operation can't take place. " The doctor says patient has opted for the operation and asks karan if he is a relative of the patient. He answers back "Not yet". He says that he knows that Nandini is not in not fit enough for operation. If anything goes wrong, he will file a complaint against the doctor and the hospital. He will get the hospital closed down. Thulsi adds that if a girl does not bother about her life, isn't it a doctor's responsibility to educate her. The doctor rightly says that if they are related to the patient, they should have discussed all options and walks away. Karan walks up to an unconscious Nandini and kisses her forehead. Karan also thanks Tanya for informing him. Tanya is a little worried that Nandini might be terribly angry with her. Thulsi pacifies her saying that Nandini may be angry for some time but will eventually understand Tanya.
Savitha goes back to Shanthinikethan and the function of Mehandi starts. She wishes that a bride who can take care of the family should now come in and not someone who tears it apart. Ganga makes weird faces. Mohini enquires about Thulsi and Savitha asks her not to remember about an inauspicious person. Savitha amidst tears informs Gayathri that Nandini has aborted the child. Gayathri consoles her saying that they will have to get over the grief for the sake of the guests present there. Mohini overhears that piece of conversation and thinks that its in her favour for nandini to abort the child.
Karan and Nandini are in Tanya's house. Nandini regains consciousness (An unconsciousness Nandini was shifted from the hospital??). Nandini is surprised to see Karan. He tells her that the operation did not take place. She is angry and says that he did not have any rights to stop the operation. Karan says that its not a question of rights, but a question of love…unconditional love. He is not the master of any of her decisions but is definitely a part of all her decisions. Nandini says that its all true, but what about the child ?, its not a part of their relationships. She would not be able to give it the love and affection that it deserves. Karan says that he would give it her share of love too. Nandini is speechless. Karan continues and says that he would give it his name and love and asks her to establish a bond with the child. He can't under any circumstances dream of loosing her again.
Thulsi enters Shanthinikethan. Savitha stops her and says that she is too late for the Mehandi ceremony and if she has come to grieve over the death of Ansh's child …and sobs a little without completing her sentence. After a long time, Thulsi stops Savitha from her speech and take over. Thulsi tells Savitha that for her information the child has not been aborted. Savitha smiles from ear to ear. She is really very happy and does not talk. Thulsi says that she is also happy that Ansh's child is being born. But a mother has the greatest rights of the child. And unless nandini marries karan and comes into the household as a bahu again, what relationship does Savitha have with Nandini or her child. Then in a much sober tone she continues saying that instead of demanding rights, why don't people prayed for their loved ones. Baa, Damini, Ganga and Prajaktha are spectators for the scene.
Karan comes home and wonders about the photographer. He sees Ganga around and asks her if a photographer had come in looking for him. She says that she was busy in the ceremony and did not notice anybody looking for him in particular. Karan is about to call the photographer, but Mohini arrives on the scene and tells him that a guy who has made a lakh in a second would not be answering phones but will be in blissful pleasure in some other world. As a flash back, they show Nandini looking at the photographs. There is another unrecognised guy in the photograph. He says that somebody he would remove the mask from her face and expose her. She says that the colours of Mehandi on her hand is looking great and goes away admiring them.
Karan goes to Tanya's house and tells her he wants to speak to her. Tanya is about to leave them alone, when karan stops her saying that their relationship is not complete without her. The he pos the Question" Will you marry me?". Nandini is overjoyed and hugs karan and there is …Pyaar tune kya kiya………………………………………..
