arrey u have sent mehendi..yehi kitni badi baat hai..bechari..U want to send sweets...really nice of you...like pinks said..tumlog ko sunna padega..moti moti..so better don't send..haha..uff yeh sweets nahi aata tho accha..hota.


haha poor Chits, her stomach demands sweets and yummy things. LOLLOLLOL I can live on salads too I love salad. I said the same thing she is doing too much already. Big smile

patha hai.... last year 2008 mein i did veg diet for 4 weeks and i lost 22 pounds.... i want to do again....

yeah but u hv to be really strict n religious, no coffee, no tea as well. i learnt this type of diet from south beach diet.... it really helps... no rice, no rotis, lots of proteins, good cards n plenty of water... that's it.


Oh wow no coffee either. Just salad all day?

no it is like this:
 
breakfast - 2 full glasses of water - room temperature.... 4 slices of cucumber and one tomaro with some kind of hummus or something....
mid morning snack - again cucumber
lunch - with  plenty of vegetables (no olive oil inititlaly) with fat free dressing - for non veg - they can have chicken or something, for us it is only fat free milk and fat free yogurt...
evening snack - again some vegetables
raat - ko u can hv one slice whole wheat bread with lots of veg again....
first week no fruits either, no rice...
by now you would have reduced 8 pounds...

my gosh you have to be strong to do this dieting. Wow. It must be hard. Not good for the body huh? I think it can cause deficiency.

no it won't cause deficiency, that's why they can you have to eat more, even if u eat full stomach of salds it is good.... u will definitely hv strength n everything... i feel guilty itna karne ke baad i had reduced so much and was looking slim, now i hv put on again, so i hv to do .....no coffee, tea is liye there sh not be any kind of caffeine in your body to loose weight.... second week, you canhave decaffinated tea or coffee like one cup....
