This man Kasab is in the Indian Jail since last year. He has been making fun of all the Indians and Indian Judiciary system. Time and again he has been changing his testimonies. And to top it all  he now claims some rubbish of being arrested 20 days before the 26/11 attacks. THE QUESTIONS IS.............WHY IS THE INDIAN JUDICIARY PERMITTING SUCH TESTIMONIES? Is there not sufficient evidence to sentence him? Does this show that the Indian Justice system is not working properly. A year after the 26/11 attacks this man is costing the Indians(because all that is being spent on the man comes out of the Indians' pockets) a lot of money. If at all there is any doubt just return this man to Pakistan and save the Indians of contributing to maintain this man in the Indian Jail.  HIGH TIME TO PUT AN END TO THIS MAN'S ROTTEN LIFE.

It is virtually a miscarriage of justice.Ouch All this drama is being enacted for a fellow who millions have seen brutally murdering innocent people. By cross examing 267 of the 610 wintnesses one really wonders whether the rest of the world will be singing praise for the neutrality of our justice system or would be laughing at the sloppiness of our system. Nothing short of a death sentence would have to be finally announced for these guys. Bt hold your breath, the next phase of the drama will begin thereafter with the appeal to the Supreme Court and then a mercy petition. God has truly blessed Kasab and the other two guys long life....Other point is Indian government has spent almost Rs 35 crores on safegaurding and maintaining him for the last one year. How curiel is this? Even the souls of the people who scarified their lives and got killed in 26/11, would not forgive the concerned....Not even a small-concrete information which could be published to INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY on the 26/11 is drived out of Kasab....
Then what is the use .... rather hang him in public and close the CHAPTER.Confused

I have  afeeling that they are going to set him free and some polticians are involved in this otherwise why would he change his statement. Something is definitely fishy. May be the file which was stolen from the consulate had evidences against him, who knows.

But I think they should have encountered him right on the spot when they caught him, justice done right on the spot. Why to take  a chance with such corrupt ploiticians?

what difference does it make that he is changing his statements. The prosecution has an excellent case against him with/without his confession. They are going to convict him and sentence him to be hanged(you should see that happen within the next 2 weeks) The prosecutor is very good and does his job pretty good. The judge has rejected Kasab motions for reversal etc saying they are on flimsy grounds etc. About him costing money. It has been a complex case and it takes some time to put a solid foolproof case, it is not like Law and Order where you have someone sentenced to death within an hour.

About encounter, Narendra Modi and his govt is constantly on the docks for encountering folks.  With him dead and no physical convictions the conspiracy theorists would have gone wild saying the Hindutva folks were the ones who did the 26/11 considering the police officers who got killed were the ones investigating the Malegaon blasts.

After his sentencing is the real question, we have had 5-10 people who are waiting to get hanged for the last 10-15 years b'cos our Presidents and the politicians dont want to take the risk of hanging these guys
