i dont have acne, but its good to prevent it atleast!

Great post! I love natural skin & body care ideas :)  I find they are a good place to start when it comes to addressing issue of acne and self care.

I wanted to add one more cause of acne to the list....   I have noticed over the last 8 or so months that I break out when I am stressed out and frustrated. It took me forever to figure it out. I had modified my diet, starting drinking one green smoothie per day, started yoga and another exercise routine. I was so healthy but couldn't figure out why I was still breaking out. At first I thought it was a fluke but I started to spend less time around a particular person who always made me feel upset, stressed out...he wasn't the nicest person to be around, and I didn't break out that week. I think my breakouts are related to cortisol levels and other hormones (flight flight hormones). Now the person is traveling a lot for work, and I don't see him for 5 plus days at a time which is the current status. My skin is clear now!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel it's my body's way of telling me (through denial) that its time to break up with the person.

very informative and nice post..
actually as a scientist I can say most important stuff to have a clear skin if we do not have much time to spend are
1. drink lots of water to flush out toxins
2. Sound sleep of 6-8 hours
3. Little less oily food and keep your digestive system clear.
