A fan will view an actor in high regards depending on how big of a fan they are. A detractor will rate the actor low depending on how much they dislike them. The overall rating is the average of people's perceptions. Of course the aggregate perception will be higher or lower than your own. Your perception is still yours.

You mean the overrated actresses? Kareena would defo make it to the top of my list......She excels the "overly-hyped" department. Jab We Met is fine. Other than that, it's only her lollipop like body and ghost like white skin that's giving her free movie tickets.....She SUCKS. Should I create a thread on that? OMG I am going to faint.

I have seen her on Jab We Met and she played the role of an indecisive spurned lover.

But she is always getting a lot of good breaks and higher budget movies. Could be political family connections too, the Kapoor Konnection or the Kismet.

Khaty Bhai was complaining that Sush has been left out in the cold.
