Often times we just feel great and good and at peace with ourselves. We learn to accept things as they are and perhaps try to improve the lot of others based on our abilities.
I would not say it is "Happiness Index" which is a product of the fulfillment of a desire as desires are endless. Perhaps self-satisfaction is a better word with a balance of health, wealth and right understanding.
Wonder why ...sometimes we feel good inspite of nothing..new or nothing great happening in ourlives..
Perhaps FGF is inner peace and things going well in the world is Outer peace. In this case the spirit has segreagated itself from the world.
