By that time all the dogs in that locality had lodged a complaint with the police about Himesh lifting their trademark tunes and not paying royalty to the doggy community

Himesh apologizes but Javed Akhtar still gets him arrested; meanwhile Javed calls Jagjit Singh and tells him to sing for indian idol auditions.

Anu was the judge so he said to sing an original song by him. Therefore, he sang, "Tumko dekha, tho yeh khayal aaya, tumko dekha..."
