Khatron Ke Khiladi 2 premieres tonight - Article

Hosted by Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, the show premieres tonight with 13 beauties – models, sportswomen, actresses – ready to test the limits of their fear in the South African wilderness.

The first episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi Level 2 begins with a recap of the first season and will later on show Akshay performing some daredevil stunts that no one should even try to repeat. After Akshay tells the contestants that they will learn the true meaning of fear here, the first stunt of the show, Toofani Tube, is introduced. Before the participants perform the stunt, Akshay Kumar recites the Gayatri Mantra, which he does before doing his own.

Deepak Dhar, MD of Endemol India, which is producing the show, said, "Coming from the success of season 1 of Khatron ke Khiladi, we have risen to give the viewers a bigger and bolder thrill. This year, our chosen location was Cape Town in South Africa."
