i wear eyeliner both on the lid and in the bottom tear line.. and im used to doing it with a pencil.. and it barely takes me any time.. liquid looks nice on the top lids but i can never seem to get a steady hand with it LOL

i've never tried creme but i have heard many good things about it... i will try that one!
