Nice posters but we really need to be careful. British National Health Institute has published a very simple leaflet and that should be read by all. Pls. go through the website for more information: www.nhs.uk
Basically what it says are: The Flu viruses are spread through tiny droplets that come out of your nose when you sneeze or cough without covering your nose. If you cough or sneeze in your hand, these drop lets are then spread from your hands to hard surfaces like computer keyboards, door handles, car handles, telephones, etc. etc. Every day you are touching all these hard surfaces where flu viruses can stay alive for sometime. When people touch them and then put their hands on face, the germs enter in to their system. That is how they spread.
What can you do?
Follow rules of good hygiene. Always carry tissue and use clean tissue to cover mouth and nose when you sneeze/cough. Then throw the tissue in the bin after one use. Wash you hand with soap and hot water or use senitizer often. Simple way to remember: Catch it, Bin it , Kill it.
Do you need face mask? Available facemasks do not protect people from becoming infected.

Hey we all can protest Swine Flu if we stay careful like use hankerchief while coughing/sneeze, wash hands coming back from outside,if we hv fever,cough&breathing prob then go to doc for chck up nw we all can fight with the fear of swine flu& prevent
