Excellent episode……..super-romantic!!!
The episode begins with Disha traveling back from the Police station after her meeting with DK, looking very worried and confused. Just then her cell-phone rings and Disha gets an exasperated expression on her face when she realizes that Inder is calling her up. She wearily picks up the phone and asks Inder why has he called up, to which Inder repeats the same old monologue that he wants Disha to join office. Disha controls her temper and tells Inder that she is under supreme pressure nowadays and that she has been additionally burdened with looking after the Kanaka Empire till the case is resolved. Then Disha says that her priority is looking after Kanaka Industries and not the Bhosale business (loved her for this statement!) and that Inder and Vedant are there to take care of the business. But Indy refuses to listen to Disha and keeps insisting on Disha coming to Office, Disha finally loses her temper and tells Inder in no certain terms that she can't come to Office and that she is handing over her signing authority to Vedant as she trusts him fully. Inder is shocked as Disha disconnects the phone (He deserves it, the whining wimpy!)
In the next scene, Gargi is swaying her body and striding confidently in the Kanaka Office and is walking towards DK's Office, the Camera focus's on the ugly hag's face who is looking smug (maybe assuming that since Disha has refused to take over Kanaka Industries, she will now become the de facto Chairman). As Gargi enters DK's cabin, she is stunned to see Disha sitting on the Chairman's Chair and completely engrossed in her work. Gargi is so staggered that she is unable to react and keeps staring at Disha who is completely unaware of Gargi's presence is busy with some paper work, she glances at Gargi who still cannot believe what she is seeing. Disha gets up from the Chair to greet Gargi, who mumbles to her incoherently that how come she is in DK's Office, to which Disha says that she has taken over the responsibility of Kanaka Group and agreed to DK's wish of overseeing his business till the case is sorted out. Gargi is furious but manages to control her temper and tells Disha that she had gone to the Police Station to lodge a complaint against DK that he was trying to buy her off with his money, why has she changed her stance now. Disha gets a depressed look on her face and then flash back to the Police Station scene when Disha had gone to meet DK in the lock-up.
Disha – Main tumhare khilaf Police main complaint karne jaa rahin hoon, DK. Mujhe pata hai yeh tumhari koi nai chaal hain, mujhe fasane ke liye. Tumhain kya laga ki tum mujhe apne daulat ke dam par khaid loge DK?
DK – (Frustrated but controls his temper and speaks logically) Tum mujh par ek baar bharosa kyon nahin karsakti ho Disha. Yeh koi chaal nahin hai Disha, please meri baat ko samajhne ki koshish karo. Main nahin chahata ki meri barson ki mehnat kisi galat hataon main chali jaaye. Main tum par bharosa karta hoon, Disha aur mujhe pata hai ki tumse badkar mere business ko tum se acchi tarah na koi samaj sakta.
Disha – (Gets a confused look on her face and is kind of moved by the sincerity in DK's voice) Yeh bahut badi zimmadari hai DK, kya tumhain yakin hai ki main yeh kaam kar sakti hoon.
DK – (Breaks into a shy smile and slides his hand over Disha's hand with which she is holding the bars of the prison) Mujhe tum par poora bharosa hai Disha, I know that you will never let me down.
Disha – (Is extremely embarrassed and immediately withdraws her hand from DK's and moves back slightly. Then gets a business like expression on her face and says) Theek hai, main Kanaka ka business samhalne ke liye tayyar hoon. Magar hamare Contract ko expire hone main sirf 3 mahine baaki hai, phir main tumhari patni nahin rahoongi aur mera koi haq bhi nahin hoga Kanaka ki Chairmanship par. Tab kya hoga?
DK – (Breaks into a broad grin and replies with supreme confident) Tumhain kya lagta hai ki main jail mein 3 mahine tak rahoonga. DK yahan se 3 din main nikal jaayega Disha, dekhna.
Disha- (Gets an irritated look on her face and answers haughtily) Itna bharosa hain tumhain apne upar DK?
DK – (Looks at Disha with that passionate look of his and speaks with sincerity & honesty ringing in his voice) Apni begunhai par hai, Disha. Maine Dev ka khoon nahin kiya aur mujhe poora yakin hain ki main baaizzat bari ho jaaonga.
Disha – (Gets a thoroughly confused look on her face as she is torn between her hatred for DK and the honesty with which he is speaking and turns to go back as DK keeps looking at her with a lovelorn look!)
TRANSLATION – DISHA TELLS DK THAT ON WHAT BASIS CAN SHE TRUST DK AFTER ALL WHAT HE HAS DONE TO HER TILL DATE AND THIS HANDING OVER OF KANAKA TO HER MIGHT ALSO BE ONE OF HIS DIRTY GAMES. DK REPLIES BACK TO DISHA THAT SHE HAS TO TRUST HIM JUST ONCE AND THAT HE IS NOT PLAYING ANY GAMES WITH HER, HE JUST WANTS THAT KANAKA SHOULD NOT GO INTO WRONG HANDS AND THAT HE TRUST NOONE ELSE BUT DISHA TO TAKE CARE OF HIS BUSINESS TILL HE GETS OUT. DISHA ASKS HIM HOW IS HE SO SURE THAT HE WILL BE FREED OF ALL CHARGES TO WHICH DK REPLIES CONFIDENTLY THAT HE HAS NOT COMMITTED ANY CRIME AND HE KNOWS THAT HE WILL BE ABSOLVED OF WHAT HE IS ACCUSED OFF. DISHA SAYS THAT THEIR MARRIAGE CONTRACT IS GOING TO EXPIRE IN THE NEXT THREE MONTHS AND THAT SHE CAN TAKE CARE OF KANAKA ONLY TILL THAT PERIOD, PRIOR TO WHICH SHE WILL NO LONGER BE HIS WIFE AND BY LIEU OF THAT NOT LEGALLY ENTITLED TO THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF KANAKA. DK SAYS THAT HE WILL BE OUT IN 3 DAYS LEAVE ASIDE STAYING IN JAIL FOR 3 MONTHS.
Back to the current scene, where Disha is recounting the entire story to Gargi who has a "Whatttt" type of a look on her face. Disha turns to Gargi and says that she felt for the first time that DK was not playing any games with her and that she decided to take a chance and help him out to take care of Kanaka till the case is resolved. Gargi says to herself, " Yeh tumhari kaunsi nai chaal hai Sonny?'' but smiles sweetly at Disha and tells her that she has full trust in the abilities of Disha and that she is confident of her to take over the business of DK till he is absolved of the crime. Gargi then leaves the room thinking to herself that now she has lost all hope of getting hold of DK's business and that she will have to keep a close eye on Disha to see what she is upto.
In the next scene, Ranu and Suhas are shown talking to each other where Ranu tells Suhas that they should ask Disha to come and stay over at the Bhosale house till the issue gets resolved. Suhas says that she had offered the same to Disha but she had refused. Ranu says that know that DK has handed over his empire to Disha, she should take full advantage of it and use this opportunity to get even with DK, Suhas is shocked and tells Ranu that how much ever Disha hates DK, she will never do such a thing. Ranu speaks childishly that any one in her place would have done this and since DK had been so nasty with Disha, she deserves all his money as a compensation. Suhas says that Disha is made of different stuff and that she will never take undue advantage of DK's position in such an underhand way. Ranu tries to argue with Suhas who tells her to keep out of all this and says that it has not been proved that DK was behind all this and till then she herself believes that he is innocent. Ranu is shocked and unable to say anything to Suhas.
In the next scene, Disha is still shown busy with some work, when the Office boy comes and hands over a large packet to her. A surprised Disha opens the packet which reveals a Black Burkha and as Disha feels her hand over the cloth, her fingers get slightly damp and to her horror she realizes that she has blood on her fingers. She immediately realizes that the Burkha is of Sanya and she screams at the top of her voice. Two of the employees rush in asking her what is wrong, but Disha is just horror-stuck and keeps staring at the Burkha when Gargi also come in and asks in her silly, fake voice, ''Kya hua Disha beta'', to which Disha manages to mumble that she received this packet by courier which had the same Burkha that Sanya was wearing and now it has blood stains all over it. Gargi is genuinely shocked and after dismissing the employees, she asks Disha how can she be so sure that the Burkha is of Sanya itself, to which Disha says that Sanya had come to meet her and had said things which might have put her in danger and now she fears that the worst has been done. Disha gets extremely concerned for Sanya and keeps repeating that she did not believe what Sanya had said and now she might be dead. Gargi gets petrified and asks Disha what had Sanya told her, to which Disha is unable to reply back to her. Gargi who obviously knows what Sanya had told Disha pretends to be sad and says that since she is DK's step-mom, everyone thinks that she is always plotting and planning against DK. Gargi then says that she can swear upon her dead husband's name (she turns her face away from Disha and gets a vile expression on her face while her voice is laced with sympathy and self-pity) that she would never even dream of harming her son and that this is some deep conspiracy against her. Disha immediately apologizes to Gargi and says that she still does not believe that Gargi could be capable of doing any such thing and that she fully believes in her. Gargi turns back to go out of the room again thinking to herself that it must have the stupid Taj's work and he must have harmed Sanya to get even with Gargi (she had slapped him before) and curses herself that she should not have trusted Taj with so much. When Gargi leaves, Disha holds Sanya's Burkha in her hand and thinks to herself whether what Sanya had told her was the truth and if DK is really innocent and if Gargi is the one who is behind all this. She immediately feels guilty of having such thoughts against Gargi and places a call on Sanya's cell, but is unable to get through. She becomes quite paranoid and tries Sanya's apartment and her roomie picks up the phone and tells Disha that she hasn't seen Sanya for the past few hours. Disha is convinced that something really bad has befallen Sanya and is overcome with guilt. She decides to go and tell DK all about this.
In a parallel scene, it is shown that Disha is trying to desperately locate Sanya but is unable to trace her out, while in a some go down sort of a place, Sanya is tied up to a chair and her mouth is gagged by some cloth. Sanya is looking very frightened and is trying her level best to free herself but is not able to do anything. Just then a shadow enters the room, and the Camera focuses on Sanya's terror stuck eyes.
This scene has to be the best till date on Tumhari Disha (after the Marriage scene of course, and DK and Disha simply rocked in the scene!) Disha is shown in the Police Station as she goes to meet DK and tell him about all what happened. DK gives her a warm smile for which Disha just looks at him with a dazed, scared expression.
Disha – (With a worried look on her face) DK, mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai DK.
DK – (Partly amused, part surprised) Main bhi sochoon, ki Mrs. Disha Sehgal bina kisi baat ke apne pati se milne kyon aai hai.
Disha – (Gets an exasperated look on her face) Tumhai aise waqt main bhi mazzak soojh raha hai DK. Tumhain pata hai Sanya ki jaan khatre main hain……..agar bhagwan na kare use abhi tak kuch hua nahin hai toh.
DK looks unmoved and gives a questioning glance at Disha who recounts the entire incident of Sanya coming to her and telling her about Gargi's involvement and then getting the Blood stained Burkha.
DK – (Is highly amused now) Yeh Sanya kab se Burkha pehnain lagi?
Disha – (Quite irritated now and says in a worried voice) DK, koi nahin chahata ki main Kanaka ka business samalhoon. I am sorry, main yeh kaam nahin kar sakti. Tum yeh Power of Attorney kisi aur ke naam kardo. Main nahin chahati ki meri wajah se kisi ki bhi jaan ko koi bhi khatara ho.
DK – (Now gets serious) Maine kabhi nahin socha tha ki Disha bhi kisi se dar sakti hai. Jo ladki DK Sehgal jaise aadmi se takkar lene ki himmat rak sakti hai, who kisi ke saamne nahin jhook sakti hain. Tum itni se baat se ghabra gai Disha.
Disha – (Has a ''Oh, how do I explain to this man'' kind of look) DK, main apne liye nahin dar rahin hoon. Tum samajhte kyon nahin ho.
DK – Tumhain ya kisi aur ko kuch nahin hoga Disha. Aur jahan tak mera khayal hai, Sanya zaroor moosibat main hain, magar jahana bhi hain, zinda hai. Yeh harqat jo insaan bhi kar raha hai, use yeh bhi pata hoga ki Disha Sehgal kis ki patni hain. Aur agar us main mutthi bar bhi dimaag hoga, toh who tumhara baal bhi baaka nahin karsakta, kyon ki use pata hai, ki agar DK Sehgal ki patni ko kuch hua, to DK use jahanoonm se bhi dhood nikalega.
Disha is taken aback by DK's statement and looks at DK in a different light and speaks in a manner as if analyzing what could be in his head.
Disha – Tumhain mujh par itna yakin hai DK. Tum yeh kyon bhool rahe ho ki is waqt main tumhari sab se badi dushman hoon. Tumhare Power of Attorney se main tumhain barbad bhi kar sakti hoon. Tum itna bada risk kaise le sakte ho DK?
DK – (Rocked in this particular shot!) {Moves back and tilts his head slightly and smile to himself as he says to himself that) Tumhare liye toh main hazaar baar loot sakta hoon Disha} (But in actual he looks at Disha and smiles flirtishly at her and says that) I am willing to risk it!
A smile escapes Disha's lips and both of look at each other's eyes for a moment, then Disha averts her eyes as DK tells her,
DK – Kehte hain na, ki 100 bewakoof doston se ek samajhdar dushman behtar hota hai. Is liye mujhe is waqt sirf tum par bharosa hai, kyon ki main jaanta hoon ki tum chahe mujhse jitna nafrat karon, tum ek imaandar ladki ho, aur paise ki lalach main tum kabhi nahin aagoti.
Disha looks pleasanty surprised and does not know how to react to DK's generous statement.
DK – Tumhain Kanaka ke saare employees ka wasta hai Disha. Mujhe koi farak nahin padta ki mera business chale ya barbad ho jaaye. Mujhe apne par, aur apni kaabliyat par poora yakin hai. Muhe dekho, main ek Langda, bina Maa Baap ka Aadmi hoon, maine apni poori zindagi kisi ke pyaar ya sahare ke bina goozari hai, aur mera saara paisa chala bhi gaya, phir bhi mujhe apne pe itna yakin hain, ki main dobara se yeh saara business khada karsakta hoon. Magar Kanaka ke employees, unka kya hoga. Kisi ke galat haaton main pad kar, naa jaane kitno ka ghar, naa jaaane kitno ka career mitti main mil jaayega. Disha, maine tumhain bahut kareeb se jaana hai aur samjha hain aur mera experience yeh kehta hai, ki tumse zyaada bharose ka insaan meri nazar main aur koi nahin hai.
Disha – (Is quite moved by DK's statement, especially when he says that he is a handicapped, orphaned man, Disha's expression goes all awwwwwwwww) Theek hai DK, Kanaka ko main samhalhoongi. Aur yeh mera wada raha tumse ki jab tak main Tumhari koorsi par baithi hoon, main Kanaka par aanch bhi nahin aane doongi. (She stops and stares at DK who is looking at Disha with a mesmerized look in his eyes) Magar yeh mat samajhna, ki meri ladai ko is baat se koi faraq padega. Who ek alag cheez hai, aur yeh ek alag baat hain.
DK just keep looking at Disha with a quite smile on is face and Disha feels kind off shy at his gaze and says in a low, awkward voice that its getting late and that she has to leave.
TRANSLATION – DISHA GOES TO MEET DK ONCE AGAIN IN JAIL AND TELLS HIM ABOUT SANYA'S MEETING WITH HER AND HOW SHE RECEIVED THE BLOOD SOAKED BURKHA THAT SANYA WAS WEARING. DISHA SAYS THAT SOMEONE DOESN'T WANT DISHA ON THE CHAIR OF KANAKA AND THAT BY HARMING PEOPLE AROUND DISHA, HE OR SHE IS TRYING TO SEND A WARNING TO DISHA. DK SAYS THAT WHOEVER THE PERSON IS WHO IS TRYING TO DO SUCH A THING WILL BE VERY WELL AWARE OF THE FACT THAT DISHA IS DK SEHGAL'S WIFE, AND IF THE BLOKE HAS ANY SENSE, HE WILL NEVER PHYSICALLY HARM DISHA, AS HE KNOWS THAT ONCE DK IS OUT, HE WILL TRACE HIM OUT FROM HELL OR HIGH HEAVENS. DISHA SAYS THAT WHY IS HE TRUSTING HER SO MUCH, SHE HAPPENS TO BE HIS BIGGEST ENEMY AT THIS TIME AND THAT SHE MIGHT USE THE POWER OF ATTORNEY TO HER ADVANTAGE AND TAKE FULL CONTROL OF KANAKA AND DESTROY DK FOREVER TO WHICH DK SAYS THAT HE IS AWARE OF THE FACT THAT HOW MUH EVER DISHA HATES HIM, SHE IS A DOWN RIGHT HONEST PERSON AND THAT SHE WILL NEVER LET HER EMOTIONS OVERCOME HER INTEGRITY. DK TELLS DISHA THAT HE IS A HANDICAPPED BOY WITHOUT PARENTS AND THAT HE HAS SPENT A MAJOR PART OF HIS LIFE WITHOUT ANYONE'S LOVE OR SUPPORT AND EVEN IF ALL IF MONEY AND POWER PARTS FROM HIM, HE IS CONFIDENT THAT HE WILL EARN ALL THAT BACK. DK SAYS THAT HE HAS ALWAYS WON IN LIFE AND THAT HE WILL KEEP WINNING, DESPITE ALL OBSTACLES. DK SAYS THAT FOR THE SAKE OF KANAKA'S EMPLOYEES, DISHA WILL HAVE TO TAKE CHARGE OF KANAKA, AS SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS SOME IDEA OF HIS BUSINESS AND WORK PROFILE AND SHE WILL BE ABLE TO GUIDE THE COMPANY SAFELY TILL HE IS OUT OF JAIL.
