Ila's jealousy towards Ganga will still continue even if she is married to the collector. Its plain envy thats controlling her emotions.. Thumbs Down

Btw...when are they going to find out that the family jewellery switched by Ila is a fake?

Brinny....I agree but its definitely a combination of both greed and jealousy. The thought of Ganga being Ayyah's daughter is another factor which contributes to illa's sick behaviour....so much so she has the nerve to even ask Ganga to remove the chain which was presented to her by her own dad. She wants Ganga and family out of their village and out of their lives as well.....!!
