Arguments continue in court. After Ganga, now its Nandini who burst out. Thulsi reformed Gomzi, gave Karan the position of her son and also accepted harsh as her own. She never discriminated between any of them. So won't she have a strong reason to kill her own flesh and blood. She narrates her experiences with Ansh. The opposition lawyer says that Thulsi has been used by Karan and Nandini, who in order to get together and get a share of the property is staging the entire drama.
A lot of arguments are useless. Thulsi nor the other witness have never denied that Thulsi indeed fire the gun. But the lawyer is hell bent on proving that Thulsi fired the gun. Though Meera keeps raising objections, she never carries it any forward. The circumstances leaving to firing the bullet was narrated by nandini. But before she could complete her evidence, she develops a serious stomach pain and the case is adjourned to next week. In the witness box, she experiences unbearable pain, Karan, Ganga and Damini rush to her aid.
Gayathri and Savitha fail to understand Nandini's pain. They think that if it was not for the pain, Thulsi would not have not been spared. Mohini adds her bits of spark to the fire. Savitha says Thulsi has always had a strong control over the household.
Thulsi advises Nandini to relax and returns home. As Thulsi and Karan return home, Savitha congratulates them. She taunts them a lot. She says that Nandini was never worthy of Ansh. Karan unable to control his anger, says that Nandini is carrying Ansh's child. The family is shocked.
Mohini is unhappy on hearing about Nandini's pregnancy. She thinks that Savitha's attention would now get diverted. Moreover there is a good probability that Nandini would come back to shanthinikethen. That would ruin her plans.
Tanya advises Nandini to abort the child. But she answers that she is confused.
Nandini is asleep. She recollects (dreams) about Ansh and his misdeeds. She wakes up with sweat on her brows and decides that she will abort the child. There is a little bit of conflict about being a woman and the unborn child suffering because of somebody else. But she thinks that even if the child lives, she may not give it the kind of love that a mother gives her child. Finally she decides that in the best interest of everybody, including her and the unborn baby, she would abort it.
Savitha has pleasant memories of Ansh and feels glad that his child will be born. She decides to go and meet the mother of ansh's child's mother. Gayathri smiles encouragingly. But the lawyer arrives and tells them that Meera is a great lawyer and these people have opened all their triumph cards. Meera is sure to come up with something to nullify them. So he suggests that Mihir be brought back to India as he is a eye witness.
Savitha is slightly confused and is not sure about the feasibility of the plan. She herself is unsure and asking a husband to state against his wife may not be the right thing. Mohini says that its important for the ones alive to be fine and if the soul of the departed Ansh is in grief, they should not bother. After all he is dead. Savitha says that she would never let any injustice happen to her grandson and would not want his soul to be unhappy.
