Judge Prem Kapoor (Judge Prem Kapoor)
Judge : Prem Kapoor is a happy go lucky judge. He doesn't carry the seriousness of a judge. He hails from a family of judges and to carry on the family tradition his father bribed the system to get him a judge's position. Neither he is capable nor deserving to be judge.
He has a soft corner towards females particularly Chanda Rani. He has peculiar habit of forgetting everything whenever he performs a particular action. He is confused and can even give the verdict of "hang till death" to someone committing as small crime as theft. |

Vibhuti Narayan (Vibhuti Narayan)
Vibhuti Narayan is a young, intelligent lawyer in his mid thirties. He is born and brought up in Delhi in a reputed family of lawyers.He thinks that he is bigger than the biggest in his profession.He gets shocked when his estranged wife also joins the same court where he is practising. The main reason for his divorce was his insecurity when he realises that his wife also wants to become a famous lawyer.

Chanda Rani (Chanda Rani)
Chanda Rani is beautiful, intelligent, confident and Clever lawyer. To prove her superiority she can use any means to beat V.N in the court. Everyone including the judge is mesmerized by her beauty and charm and she uses this to her advantage. She wants to prove a point to V.N and the world that even a housewife if decides can beat her husband in his own game.
Although she has an L.L.B degree, but she always nurtured the dream of becoming an actor. Her acting skills comes in handy during various cases in the court. |

Ardali : Sannata Shrivastav shares a very funny cammaderie with the judge. By qualification he is an L.L.B, but destiny has made him an ardali. He secretly nurtures the ambition of becoming a judge someday. But he's only left with the job of helping and correcting the judge whenever he makes a mistake.

Inspector Jholkar is a corrupt police officer, so much so that he can even play cards inside he court. He always tries taking money from the convicts by telling them that he can influence the case due to his close proximity with the Judge. He is fond of Moonmoon and always tries getting closer to her.

Assistant Lawyer : Lopa is assistant to lawyer Vibhuti Narayan. She is beautiful ,vivacious and young looking girl. She is an obedient assistant in awe of her boss but she has strong liking towards Chanda Rani and can pass information for money. She and Chapal enjoys silent love chemistry between them which can be seen whenever they get an opportunity to meet alone.

Assistant Lawyer : Chapal is assistant to lawyer Chanda Rani. He is a over-smart , not very intelligent young assistant lawyer. He always likes boosting about himself and his boss. He fumbles many a times with words. He a has strong liking towards the lady assistant lawyer.

Typist : Golu is the typist in the court, who is the younger brother of judge's wife,which no one knows in the court. He is self contained , self satisfied and innocent employee in the court. Judge is fond of him and treates him like a kid. |
