Yesterday I stumbled upon this video and thought I share....Look at the quality of dancing be it a hip-hop or P & L....Enjoy!!!

ooh lala...yes now thats what I call a performance...an all rounder...di wasn't Dominic and his friend in ABDC too?

Ryan COnferido (1st season of SYTYCD), HOK Konishi and Dominic DTrix Sandoval (SYTYCD-2007 season) all 3 of them were in ABDC Quest Crew winner of past season....

Mr. K not only his moves were Baaaaaaaad but wicked too all in the name of Ghetto

Yeha I remember Dominic and Hok...and yeah they were the Quest crew...yeah they know what they are doing...they dance as well as choreograph I believe...

Varshadi did u know that Robert Muraine, the contortionist who auditioned for SYTYCD was a finalist in superstars of dance..
