One boiled egg and 2 slices of multigrain toast with nonfat margarine washed down with sugar free tea. I have diabetes so I cannot have sweet stuff like cereal for breakfast and there has to be one protein and eggs are the best proteins.
everyday its different. Mondays mstly chapati, tuesdays upma, wednesday smthing like egg or bread, thrusdays keeps changing, fridays as well and saturdays english breakfast. sundays mostly brunch
My breakfast keeps changing as well.. Idli, dosa, chapathi, puttu, bread etc.. Also with best of combinatn of currys.. A coffee is a must.. But yes if i am asked to make my own breakfast, i will stick to cornflakes or breadtoast... lol
I have a decent amount of breakfast.
On school mornings, when I'm rushing around the house,
I just grab yoghurt, and slice apples, bananas and oranges.
On weekends, me and my mom together make a huge breakfast brunch.
