~Its morning, Archana opens the window..Aayi wakes up..and wakes up punni for school, archana wakes up vaishali and varsha, archana's mom is mad that her daughter in law is still asleep and doesnt even wake up to get her daughter ready, alarm rings and vinod tries to wake his wife but she says tht archu will get puni ready...archu bathes puni..varsha tells her hurry up as she is getting late..archana gets puni ready..she thn tries to drink her tea but varsha calls her to find her dupatte for her..aayi scolds her ..to keep her room tidy..archu brings her dupatta and varsha leaves..vinod and his wife get ready to leave and aayi reminds them to come home early as ladkewale are coming to see archana..they agree. Aayi tells Archana to eat something, she asks whether she ate, aayi tells her tht has she eaten anytime without her..
~Aayi at the vergetabke stall buying vegetables, the neighbors ask her abt archana and how come she allowed aayi to come outside to buy vegetable, aayi tells them tht she didnot tell her tht she was coming to buy these veg but told her tht she is going to their house and tells one of them to think tht she came to her house everyone laughs, they all praise archana how she manages the house and aayi too agrees..she tells them tht ladkewale are coming to see her and they ask her wht does the boy do, she tells them tht he is an accountant and is positive tht this time her marriage will get fixed, after she leaves the neighbors talk tht this time too it will be the same like the other 3 times, she will be rejected ...
~Archana tells aayi tht she will go and pick up puni as tthere wont be any bus service available for today, aayi tells her tht manju will go as it is she is taking half day off, archana tells her tht its fine as it is bhabhi will be taking half day off becoz of her...archana goes via train, she meets her friend madhuri and her frnd swati madhuri shares with her tht she is getting married the reason she has taken one month off of her work,..archana congratulates her...swati asks archana whether she is married or no, madhuri says tht she will soon be wedded and archana adds tht a boy is coming today to see her, madhuri asks if he is good looking and she says tht aayi has seen him, and madhuri asks her what if she doesnt like him, she says tht its not possible, a mother can never select anyone whom she thinks her daughter wont approve of..
~Archana picks up puni and goes home, aayi is standing outside vinod comes and asks aayi whether manju came or no, looking at aayi's face he says tht he will call her, he tells her not to worry she will come soon and aayi says th no one has come neither varsha or vaishali..vinod tells her tht they wont come if she stands outside..he goes in to find archu frying something he is touched and tells her not to do all those things..he further tells her not to worry everything will be fine and this time her marriage will be fixed..she asks him why he looks worried, he tells her its nothing...aayi tells archana to get ready..
~The boy and his family arrive, Archana's father welcomes them, aayi tells archana tht she is looking very pretty...after the guests are seated, varsha and vaishali come and apologize to aayi, they go in and archana tells them to get ready...they are getting ready puni tries to talk to them but they tell her later..archana tries to feed her and spoils her sari...aayi comes and tells her to go outside and sees tht she spoiled her sari she calls varsha and vaishali to take puni with them...and takes archana with her outside..she tells varsha and vaishali to bring snacks for the guest..but they dont know where the snacks are and are left clueless..
~The family's introduce themself to the guests one by one, the boys family is really impressed tht all the women in the house..daughters as well as daughter in law are well educated and working..and they agree for the marriage..thn ask where is archana working..aayi becomes serious and says tht archana doesnt work..boy's mom says its not a problem she will start working after marriage...if one has education qualifications getting work is not a problem, aayi adds tht she isnt well educated, they ask how much has she studied..aayi says tht till eight grade..the boy and his family are shocked ...
~aayi tells them tht their family wasnt in a very good condition thn, and she was ill so archana volunteered to drop her studies and help her. The boy's mother says tht she cannot have have such a daughter in law who has ver low education knowing household chores is something anyone can do..for her highly educated son she wants a daughter in law to match him and work like him, aayi defends archana saying tht not everyone can do all household chores and says all the things tht archana does taking care of everyone..they tell her tht she is praising her daughter too much, aayi tells them tht a degree is not tht important, the boy says tht it is, he wants a girl to work like him, the boys mother says tht their daughter in law is working as well..aayi tells them tht she works for herself and they havent taken a penni from her..and they got her married becoz their son liked her not becoz she was working...boy compares archana to a servant and aayi tells them to get out..and says tht she rejects their son...they leave..archana wipes aayi's tears and aayi hers..THE END!!!
