The episode begins with DK sitting in his lock-up with a thoughtful look on his face and appears to be contemplating on something seriously. Just then Fazu (Gargi's boyfriend who framed DK) comes to him and tries to instigate him by saying that now DK and he are on the same platform as they are both criminals. DK is at first agitated and holds Fazu's collar and tells him that small timers like him address DK not by his name but as DK Saab. Fazu continues making fun of DK and tells him that in a weeks time, it will be proved in Court that it was DK himself who murdered Dev and that Fazu was given money by him to take the Crime on his head. DK is unmoved and says that he is very sure that nothing will happen to him as he is not guilty of any crime. DK then asks Fazu who is behind all this, for which Fazu laughs and says that DK will get all his answers in a weeks time. Fazu leaves and DK prances about in the lock-up resembling an agitated, caged Lion. (He looks absolutely ravishing, even behind the bars!) Just then Taj comes to meet him and smirks at seeing DK behind the lock-up, but as soon as DK looks up to him, he changes his expression and expresses false sympathy for him. DK is irritated with Taj and tells him to stop play acting and asks him why has he come here. Taj says that because of this mess that DK is in, Kanaka's business is suffering and that day to day functioning in the Office is becoming very difficult. Taj gets some cheques signed by DK who questions Taj why is he getting so many cheques signed but Taj somehow convinces him that he does not want to disturb DK daily, hence he is getting the cheques signed by him in bulk. Taj then very slyly tells DK that it is his suggestion that DK should hand over his Power of Attorney to someone trusted in the Family itself who can take care of Kanaka and all of DK's other property matters till DK is out of Jail. DK is expressionless and asks Taj coldly whom is he suggesting, to which Taj very demurely says that Gargi is experienced enough to handle DK's business and can be trusted also. DK's lets out a small smile and tells Taj in an uncommitted manner that he should send their Corporate Lawyer to meet DK today itself and that he has to make some important personal and business decisions today, Taj leaves happily assuming that DK has agreed to give the reins of Kanaka to Gargi.
In the next scene, Taj, Gargi and DK's Defense Attorney, Mr. Dewan are having a secret meeting in some lonely Club / Restaurant and they are scheming and plotting against DK. Taj and Dewan say that even if it is never proved that DK was behind Dev's murder, it will similarly be never proved that DK was innocent and he will languish behind bars for days, weeks and then years. And by the time, Justice is done, it will be too late and Gargi would have taken full control of Kankaka by then. Gargi is irritated with both Taj and Dewan and tells them that they should not start counting their chicken before their eggs have hatched and that till DK hands over the Power of Attorney in Gargi's name, she cannot do anything. Gargi then says that the biggest thorn in the way of Gargi is now Fazu who is somewhat of a motor-mouth and might spill the beans under pressure or if swayed by money and that DK will in some days pressurize Fazu into accepting the truth. Taj asks Gargi what has to be done now, to which Gargi replies devilishly that they have to remove Fazu out of their way, but not before it can be proved in Court that DK was in the scene of murder and that he had himself shot at Dev and then they can bump off Fazu and put that blame on DK too. Gargi asks Dewan if this can be arranged, for which he says that every witness can be bought with money and that he needs about Rs. 10 lakhs to get this work done. Gargi says that she does not have this kind of money as of now, but she can give him half the amount now and pay the other half once the work is done. All of them raise a toast to DK's destruction. At the same time, a lady in Burkha is shown listening to their conversation secretly.
In the next scene, the lady in Burkha is shown meeting Disha at her house and then removing the veil of her face, it is revealed that the lady is none other that Sanya. Disha is shocked to see her there and asks her what on earth is she doing here. Sanya breaks down crying and tells Disha that there is a major conspiracy against DK and that Disha is being used as a Pawn against him. Sanya says that if Disha does not save DK now, by the time she will come to know of the truth, it will be too late and she will be left with nothing except regret. Disha is very rude to Sanya and tells her that she does not believe a word of what Sanya is telling her and tells her to get lost. Sanya says that it is Gargi who is plotting against DK, but Disha further insults Sanya and tells her to just go away. Sanya is frustrated and does not know what to do, just then Gargi enters and Sanya sees her and immediately pulls the veil over her face, Gargi is surprised to see a strange woman and remembers her veil from the Courtroom (Sanya who there in the Court hearing also with a Burkha) and asks her who she is. A petrified Sanya runs of the room and Gargi is left wondering who it could be.
In the next scene, Peroxide Blondie, Spineless jerk, Indy is shown in a conversation with Disha and trying to convince her to rejoin Office. Disha keeps refusing saying that she is under too much of duress and tension and that she does not think that she can add any value to the Office when she is herself going under such circumstances. Inder tells her that if Disha comes to Office, it will be a welcome change for not only Disha but it will support him also, and Inder says that he is feeling very alienated now-a-days. Disha is not convinced by Indy's arguments but tells him anyway that she will drop in to Office tomorrow.
In the next scene, Disha reaches the Bhosale Office and is greeted with lots of flowers. Just then Vedant comes and greets her in his typical flirtish, friendly manner and instantly cheers her up. Vedant tells Disha that he really admires and respects her taking up such a strong stand against her husband and supporting what she thinks is the truth. Disha is surprised and thanks Vedant. Just then Inder comes in and tells Disha that he is very happy that she has come in and now she will be able to keep an eye on the going on in the Office. Vedant tells Disha that there was no need for her to come to Office and that she should be concentrating on her Court Case and that he is there to handle all Office related matters, why is she bothering with this. Inder is instantly inflamed and starts an argument with Vedant and accuses him of committing fraud in the Company and says that he does not want Disha to come to Office, so that he can continue doing whatever fraud that he was doing. Vedant who is cool till now loses his temper and says that if anyone in the Office has any problem with him working here, he will quit here and now. Disha who is already under enormous pressure is further incensed by both Inder and Vedant, and tells them to shut up. Disha tells Inder that she has full trust in the abilities of Vedant and that she agrees with him that she should be concentrating on her Court Case and not coming to Office. Inder looks at Disha with an unbelieving expression as Vedant gives a victorious smile at Inder. Disha walks off the room, leaving a frustrated and upset Inder behind.
In the next scene, Gargi is shown to tip-toe into DK's bedroom and ransack through his cupboards, when Disha comes in. Gargi is taken unawares, but is relived to know that Dim-light Disha has not suspected anything. Gargi tells Disha that since DK is in jail, there is no one to look after the business and that she was trying to locate some client file, as there was a call from Office for the same. Disha tells Gargi that according to her she should handle Kanaka till the case is solved and that Disha has no interest in DK's business or money whatsoever and Gargi should start picking up the ropes of the business so that she can handle all that. Disha says that why should the employees of Kanaka suffer because of DK's and Disha's personal problems. Gargi is elated to learn that Disha has no interest in DK's business and gleefully thinks that she has got hold of Kanaka. Just then Taj comes in looking gloomy and an astonished Gargi asks him why has he come here, to which Taj replies in a dejected manner that DK had called his Lawyer to the Jail and had made some decisions which had to be conveyed to Disha. Gargi gets very paranoid and asks Taj what papers has DK signed to which Taj does not reply and hands over the papers to Disha who says in a disgusted tone that DK must have sent her the Divorce papers, and she opens the file and is stunned. Disha says that DK has gone crazy and that he cannot do such a thing, Gargi by now is completely hyper and prods Disha what is in the file, Disha does to reply to Gargi and just keeps flipping through the file with complete disbelief and says that how could DK do such a thing. Gargi becomes completely agitated by now and asks Disha forcefully about what is written in the file that has made Disha so shocked, to which Disha replies that DK has handed over the complete Power of Attorney in Disha's name and now she is the Official Chairman of Kanaka Industries and has been given full control over all of DK's assets and properties. The Camera pans on Gargi's stunned (ugly) face!
