Season 7 has been confirmed.
All cast members have signed the contract to act in it except Chad Michael Murray (Lucas)
The show will go on with or without him.

I know we've talked about this before but...What do you guys think now that this has been confirmed?

really? thats sad..wats peyton gonna do without lucas..now that they r gonna get married n all..how r they gonna carry on with the story without her husband lucas

NO WAY. I just honestly thought it was all rumors. Guronge can you post a source? This is ridiculous I can't believe they're continuing without him. Honestly he hasn't been a huge part since season 4 ended but c'mon you cant do the show without him. I hate the fact that he wont be here but I'm sorta curious to see what they do with the story with him leaving.

As much as I hate Chad, I would rather end the show than have a show without him. Dude, its LUCAS man

LOL the Oprah show without Oprah. Lucas has been a big part of the show and its probably cuzza him I started watching in the first place but I'm curious to see what they do without him. If it doesn't work out they need to end the show. I wonder what the cast thinks of this..

This reminds me of the OC.. and how Mischa Barton left and one season later the show ended.. and it's safe to assume that's what will happen with one tree hill. I hope they don't try to take the place of Lucas with meaningless + pointless storylines featuring new characters.
