what's wrong?

Hey guys, over the last few epis ive had questions in my mind about what is actually wrong.
When Angji, Shashank, Atul and Muski say that they have made a big mistake and all and they have not told anyone- what do they mean? What have they done wrong- only fallen in love bt when Shashank says aisi ghatiya harkat etc, etc and yeh sab uski dimaag mein bhar diya hai- what does he mean. He can't mean that love is nonsense coz he luvs padma (who by the way i am really missing at this time).
Any1 got answers than plz tell coz i hav no clue.

By ghatiya hartak and all i think wat he meant was AR lying and hidin it from him...specially armaan lied to him na that there is somethin between atul and rids...
