Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Star Plus It takes a while to kick-start the week for a lot of people and most experience the Monday blues. For our weekly column, 'Monday Blues', we caught up with Pooja Joshi to get her views on the subject.

Do you get Monday blues?
Yes, obviously but it all depends on my work schedule.

So how do you feel on a Monday?
I get my weekly offs depending on my work schedule. Whenever it may be, I do like to laze around sometimes especially when there is an early morning shoot.

What have you planned for the week?
Nothing planned; I want to give my best and that is about it.

Three tips to beat Monday blues…
~ Enjoy your work and have fun; also listen to music whenever you get the time.
~ Stay relaxed and calm.
~ Make friends at your work place so that you don't feel bored and you will find your work interesting as well.
