so over the holiday season i gained 10 pounds and i want to loose them, does anyone know a ood healthy way to loose it? i don't want to go crazy with dieting.

well..if i think i ate too much one day LOL ...the next day
i eat half full..and drink a big glass of water and its balances out..!
 
but i hav sum tips!
.. start eatting sabzee and chapati ( maani ) and NO CHAWAL!  LOL
&& obv. no soda! Embarrassed - eats fruits for snacks! and drink water if ur thirsty..( if u kant drink water in a cup/glass..lyk me! Embarrassed ..drink water from a water bottle! LOLWink )
 
you'll lose the weight in noo time Wink

yupzz avoid rice and fizzy drinks
obv junk food also
u dont really need to diet
jus take up healthy foods like fruits and all
it will really help

Drink 8 glasses of water a day..
Atleast an hour excercise per day
Eat healthily...no sugary food eg: chocolate (hard..i know..lol)
Stay Motivated...
And REMEMBER don't lose more than 2lb a week more than that and its very unhealthy..you'll soon add it back on..
