5) The Outsiders: S.E. Hinton
6) Hamlet: William Shakespeare
7) The Great Gatsby: F. Scott Fitzgerald (a brilliant book with a realistic theme)
8) The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn: Mark Twain (not too mature but it is hilarious)

My favorite books are the books written by Louis Sachar, including: The Boy Who Lost His Face, Johnny's in the basement, Wayside School Stories, The Boy in the Girl's Bathroom, Holes, etc.  I also like the book, The Good Earth and Of Mice and Men. There are more but these are the ones i can remember now.  Oh yeah, and Harry Potter #3.
