Balika Vadhu - 12/2/1008 - Written Update

Scene starts with Jagdisya confessing to Daadisa that Anandi was not at fault and that he had lied and had gone to the movies. Daadisa is livid with anger. She drags him to lock him up in the dark room. Suguna, Anandi, Gehna and Sumitra come there. Anandi remembers what she went through when she was locked up and she pleads with Dadisa to let Jagdisya go. Daadisa ignores all this and is about to lock up Jagdisya. Gehna stops her and reasons with her to let Jagdisya go. If he got locked up, then he would never dare to tell the truth again and would instead he may start to do everything secretly. After some argument, Daadisa finally cools down and lets Jagdisya go with a stern warning

Anandi falls at Daadisa's feet, thanking her for forgiving Jagya as she could not bear him going through what she did. Daadisa is super happy with Anandi as she is so affectionate towards her bheend. She makes some sarcastic towards Gehna about wife being nothing without bheend. Anandi pacifies Daadisa that she will make her tea etc. Daadisa leaves, while signalling to Sumitra to pacify Jagya. Anandi runs towards Gehna and thanks her profusely for standing up to Daadisa. Gehna says that anyone should be able to stand up against injustice. Anandi says Gehna talks like her teacher and leaves to make tea for Daadisa. Gehna thinks to herself that life teaches everything

Anandi is making tea in the kitchen while Jagdisya comes there. He tries to talk to her, but she keeps ignoring him. He pretends to burn his finger and Anandi panics and starts scolding him, washing his hand etc. She realises Jagdisya is lying and goes back to ignoring him. Jagdisya says he's not the only one to make mistakes. He brings up the money Anandi stole and stops himself when Anandi glares at him.Jagdisya mutters to himself about how stubborn Anandi is
