Looking at Bollywood's latest romance
Aamir & Asin
Aamir Khan has always dabbled with the different. It started from his acting debut, Holi, which was quite unlike the regular college romance. His debut production venture Lagaan
saw Aamir give equal importance to mostly unknown actors, who were a
part of the cricket team. He explored dyslexia in his directorial
debut, Taare Zameen Par, and made his appearance in the film a few minutes before the interval.
Now, the actor is back with Ghajini, where his character has severe short-term memory loss.
Ghajini also stars the beautiful Tamil actress, Asin. She was a part of the Tamil version of Ghajini as well. Aamir's part of played by Surya. Both films share the same director, A R Murugadoss.
Ghajini was supposed to be a Diwali release this year but the film could not be ready on time due to an injury Aamir suffered recently.
It will now release on December 25.
Among other things, Ghajni is in the news for Aamir's fab abs in it. His heavily muscled and tattooed body makes the actor look very hot!
Shah Rukh Khan's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi will release two weeks before we watch Ghajini in theatres.
Interestingly,
we saw a similar time at the marquee in the year 2000, when the two
Khans had releases within two weeks of each other. Aamir's Mela released on January 7 whereas SRK's Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani released on January 21. Both films bombed at the box office.
Ironically, a
film, starring a newcomer, released between these big Khan movies. It
went on to become a blockbuster, and made the newcomer an overnight
star. The film was Kaho Na... Pyaar Hai, starring Hrithik Roshan.

Am sorry but I fail to see any hotness coming out of them. There's not even a sign of hot chemistry...let alone anything.
