Okk... so I have had my HP Touchscreen computer for about 3 months now and today I'm having a bit of a battery/ac adapter problem:
- when my computer is off it charges fine
- when i turn my computer on, it stops charging
- when i remove my battery and turn my computer on.... it works fine
I really need to know how to fix this as soon as possible, because I can't get any school work done without it.... Thankyou to whoever tries to help
If you need any more info... just pm me!

Contact HP and check for more solutions online according to your model number. I've experienced several problems with my HP laptop, and I've gotten all of it repaired for free since it was all HP's fault...the lifetime of their batteries and adaptors are very short...check their website to see if your battery was recalled...

buddy sold out that battery and get a new one. or if one of your friend have the same battery, borrow that one for some time just to confirm the status of your battery.
