I am very keen on loosing my last fifteen pounds. Is anyone else interested in loosing weight? Perhaps we can exchange emails, ideas.

MY advice to all those loosing weight would be stop eating Rice. Rice contains a lot of carbohydrates which increases the fat content in the body.

Include more fruits and veggies in ur diet. Stop eating oily food. Concentrate on your cardio excercises.

i mean rice is da staple food...can't avoid it......
 
maybe can substitute it wid oats???
