''The Journey of Prem-1''


I take this opportunity today to dedicate this FC to the most loved and the most adored character ever on Indian Television -

Prem Juneja...


Prem might not be there anymore with us, but he contines to live in our hearts....And nothing can take that away from us ever..

Its so tough to sum up Prem, his character and what all he has done in the past 7 months...But I am just giving it a small try and tell how much he will be missed and how much we love and adore him...

Prem is immortal and he is still there....

How it all started


 12th March....The Football Match...
 
Prem Juneja makes an entry in our life for the first time...Never did we know that he would touch our life in such a manner one day

 13th March...Scene with Gayatri and his brothers
 
The first scene of Prem with his brothers whom he gives hope and brings a cheer to their faces inspite of being in pain
 
And also the  first scene of Prem and Gayatri..A beautiful scene where we get an insight into Prem's character through Gayatri...Prem just excelled as his eyes did all the talking...

13th March....Scene with Lalit Juneja

 
This was the first scene where Prem interacts with his dad...Lalit says that he has chosen a girl for Prem in India and would like to see him getting married to Heer...Prem says ''Yes'' without even questioning Lalit's decision even once...Thats Prem Juneja for you...GIVING

This was a scene where Prem is playing the mandalin all by himself...after knowing that Heer is the one made for him...Preet comes and tells him that he is taking a wrong decision, but Prem thinks otherwise..

1st April...Prem meets Heer in the station

 
A beautiful scene again where Heer is alone in the railway station...Some goons start harrasing her and here comes Prem..Protects Heer like a shield and then a moment comes where he can feel the presence of a loved one around, with the perfect song playing in the background..

3rd April...Prem plays the mandalin and thinks about Heer

9th April...The first meeting

 
Prem finds that his mandalin strings are missing..He goes down and its quit dark...He bumps into Heer , and he cant see her face...
Heer recocnizes him and just leave..

10th April...The Shiv Mandir Scene


Heer is praying in the Shiv Mandir..where Prem too comes...He sees a girl praying and crying and then catches those familiar eyes...

She runs away but he gets hold of her payal and he keeps it with him

The memories continue to haunt Prem in his engagement ceremony with Ash





10th April...Sagai announcement


Prem's engagement is announed with Ash...Prem is still clueless aout this decision and thinks about the girl he saw in the mandi and her eyes continue to haunt him






15th April...Prem with his mom

Right after the sagai, Prem like a dutiful son gets a file to Lalit, where Prem saves his dad...
Gayatri and Prem have always shared the most amazing relation..And this one was a proof of that..






15th April...Prem sees Heer for the first time


Heer wants her ring back, so she goes to Prem's room....But in the process Prem catches
 her and he sees her for the first time

30th April...Prem holds Heer in the party

In the party, where Heer is working as a waitress, Prem sees her

Hi Harshad..

 

I take this opportunity today to again wish you life's best, To tell you that no matter what..I am always there with you. If you are low or when things are not going right, remember that there is someone silently praying for you and wishing the very best for you always and forever.

 

Life sometimes brings us on a threshold where we are left clueless. Things don't work the way we want them to..But then this is what life is all about'But I know that you are somebody who will not let such trivial issues affect you. You are someone who has always risen to greater heights after a bad experience'And this one is no different..This is just another beginning of a new day...

 

There is no doubt that we will miss our Prem, The Prem who has touched the lives of all of us here in some way or the other.. Its so hard to imagine him go and just let him go..This is one character who has brought us all closer and someone who taught us the meaning of pure love. Prem is immortal, and he will continue living in our hearts forever.

 

Harshad, knowing you since the last 2 years has made me realize how you motivate us each day.  You taught us the importance of hard work, faith in God, being kind and humble and giving your heart and soul to something that you love the most. You are someone who don't let petty issues deter you and take you away from your goals..You are a fighter, a go getter and thus always emerge a winner..

 

I have seen all the hard time you went through in these part 2 years with little or no support'But that never deterred you from rising up. You have accepted all the challenges that came in your way. There have been times when many just wanted to put you down, make things complicated for you, But you never gave up.. There were times when you were clueless as to what your next move should be. I have seen you struggle and I always knew that you had it in you to emerge a winner. And what a victory it has been.

 

Your hard work, passion, sincerity has earned you the love and admiration of millions around the globe. Today there is not a single hand that rises to pray for you, but thousands of well wishers who pray for you, your health and your success'Pray that may God give you the strength to deal with everything and may you always emerge a WINNER..

"A gem cannot shine without friction... nor a man perfected without trials"..... You are a man of principles and dignity.. Prem: the Character; HC the Actor and then HC the person that is the order I initially to know these three with. With due regard to excellence and brilliance in all three, I would now rate it in the reverse order and HC the human being would come foremost.

 

For me the things that actually turned me into a fan from a non-fan were slightly different from the normal kind of fan. It was your innate goodness, your simplicity as a human being, your determination and your hardwork, the way u pursued your dreams & turned them into a reality, they way you faced every challenge that came your way with courage and graciousness, the sincerity and honesty that shined through your portrayal of the character Prem, your never giving up attitude and the way you never allowed any amount of success change your basic essence and morals as a human being.

You gave a part of yourself to your work, your character and your fans. You did full justice to the character and took it to a level where no one would ever have. You immortalized a character and touched the chords of millions of people with your sincerity and your talent as a wonderful actor is beyond words. We are very proud of you!

A bit of you and your simplicity is somehow reflected in your fans too especially everyone at the FC. Just the news that you might not be The Prem anymore broke our hearts and just killed the show and Premeer for us. We were shattered to say the least.

But what is extremely amazing is, how everyone came out stronger and even more positive out of this. Our faith and belief in the Almighty and in the power of prayers and hardwork was strengthened. Your whole journey and the way you rose above each challenge is awe-inspiring and it made us realize how we need to be even stronger and support you more than ever. The immense support you garnered from hundreds of people around the world was really heartening!

The realization that there is hidden good in every decision the Almighty makes for us. Whatever you are destined to achieve, you shall achieve that when and how its meant to be, no matter how much anyone else tries to hinder it. InshAllah there are many more oppurtunities out there awaiting you we are sure of that and that just makes us a lot more positive and determined not to be bogged down by this.

 

With success come many friends and supporters. But you get to know the true supporters when you are down. They are the ones who make sure you dont stay down.And the ups and downs are a part of the whole thing. Thats how it works 

Every time in life when we go down its time to realize this is just an indication we are goin to rise very soon. Every darkness indicates there is light ahead. Every tear indicates a smile that is to follow. Every negative has a positive to follow. Gloominess makes way for Happiness. Failure makes way for Success. Dejection makes way for Acceptance. ..Andhere kay baat hi ujala hota hai...

But there is always that ray of light shining out there and we need to hang on it.
You have so many people supporting you and saying a silent prayer for you and with fans like Daisy, Yoj and everyone at the FC who were there for you through all kinds of situations. Ofcourse your parent's blessings too na..

 Hi Harshad..

A couple of weeks ago you sent us a message that the person we actually like is not you, but the characters you play...As humble as that message was, it did make me think hard and deep about who I really like and admire...Yes Prem is the reason why I took notice of Harshad the actor... I believe in keeping the real and reel separate and can never relate to being a fan of a real person(actor) as I hardly know anything about him/her...But the sincerity with which you came through Prem, struck me along the way and I started admiring Harshad the actor...
 
Then I started tapping into the FC...albeit very reluctantly in the beginning....I came and read your messages, your interviews and got to know more of you...Now I can say very emphatically that I admire the person, the actor  that is behind my The Prem...So Harshad, never be under the wrong impression that people admire the chracters that you play and not you...Haha, you will just see how a few of us are going to haunt you and stalk you for the rest of your life and then you will get rid of that misconception.....

Ok I admit the last couple of weeks have been pretty hard for us here in the FC and so to me personally...But hey this is just a passing phase....The point is we are all together in this...I have personally been through some tough situations very early in my life and even now life is not all about tip toeing through the tulips...You are lucky and fortunate to have all these thousands if not lakhs and millions, of people who are standing by you and cheering you and fighting for you...All this is priceless and you have earned it Harshad...

Even if Prem never comes back, we are going to cheer for you and support you through this phase and see you come out smiling and shining...Of course we haven't yet lost our hopes about The Prem though...I heard Mihir Virani came back and if he can so can Prem Juneja who is the hero of the heroes...We are sending mails and petetions and what not...The whole public is going berserk and here I am going more emotional seeing the support you have...And trust me most of them like you, not Prem....that's why they want you...

What am I blabbering...I know its silly of me to even try and sending messages...I am just not made for doing such things...I am more of a silent supporter, but unfortunately eventhough silence is a language and has words, it cannot be transmitted through internet..bad joke, but am sure you got the point...

I know you have full confidence in yourself, and with your humility and sincerity you WILL get through this phase...You have done it once and will do it again...and we are a witness to it...we will see you brightening our TV screens very soon again...in many different avtars....And our biggest dream to see you on the Big screen as the main lead....Its all happening.....We will be with you Harsh!!!!

That is what you will always be for us Harshad.  I have been meaning to write this message for long in the FC, but somehow was not able to bring myself to it - Just didnt know what to write so for now am going to let the thoughts flow as they come.

 

There is a reason for everything. Perhaps at the moment that an event occurs, we have neither the insight nor the foresight to comprehend the reason, but with time and patience, it comes to light. When this event is happenning to us, we think why him, or why me. but little do we know that these events are those tiny obstables that god places before us to make us become better. Hope you are not hard on yourself Harshad. Is not on purpose that life was meant to be harsh on us. Always remember that life is not it makes of us, but it is what we make of it.

Dear Harshad,

    I don't know what to say.  I have seen how hard the past two weeks have been for the FC, but can't even imagine what you must be going through right now.  Its natural for a person to feel lost and confused at such times.  There are times in life when the people around us, whether they intend to or not, drag us down, make us feel inept, for reasons beyond our grasp.  In such circumstances, as hard as it is, the best thing you can do for yourself is hold on to your self-worth and self-confidence with every fiber of your being. 

    For the past ten days or so, we have seen one article after another with false statements and allegations against you.  Through it all, you have maintained your quiet dignity - as always.  Despite all the harsh comments, you've taken everything in your stride.  Undoubtedly it can't be easy, but you've always remained strong in the face of such issues. 

    We just want you to know how proud we are of you.  We respect you so much more now, than we ever thought possible.  We admire you for your ability to remain grounded and true to yourself.  You have this incredible ability to face the bad, and pull through it; to get back up, even stronger than before, every time you're knocked down.  We have no doubt, that you will do the same this time as well.

    You're strong, hardworking, dedicated, sincere, and above all, and exemplary person.  We believe in your ability and know that you will rise far above this.  You've perfected your craft and are extremely competent, but more than that, you are a good person, and so you will see good things come your way. 

Don't ever let your self-confidence waver.  Stay strong, don't lose heart.  They say everything happens for a reason, aur vaise bhi, jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai.  I am sure that something positive will come from this for you.  You have yet to go very far, climb higher on the ladder of success.  Please remember one thing: no matter what happens, or what anyone says, we are with you, and we always will be.

I really suck at giving messages, and playing with words..so as I sit down and let my thoughts flow, bare wid me... still in the process of discovering life, frankly speaking I havent gone thru much to be able to relate to what it is like  to be in the time of crisis but the little that I know of it, I have always believed that the winner within us shines through when we learn it the hard way...and dats why your journey as a star has been one inspirational story for me;a part of you that I hav always looked up to whenever even that iota of what is called a "doubt" regarding me and my capabilities starts creeping in(sth tht happens realli often); you were a winner from day one-the moment u decided to give up engineering for ur acting aspirations.....it takes a winner to defy logic and stand up for what he believes in no matter what the risk factor is and u did dat..!!..the rest they say is history...u conqured and how?!

From Karan to Ali to Akshat  to Prem Juneja..u were a winner all the way..not just coz of the roles u played and the perfection with which u executed them bt for the way u held urself through and through; for that killer belief in your self, and in HIS benevolence and generosity.; for the faith you exercise in us fans and the way you consoled us in this trying time; for your humility and modesty; for being who YOU are...only a Victor could have lived all that you lived...

So here as you bid adieu to Prem, let me tell you that Prem was just one character and there would be many more to come..I wouldnt lie and say that I was ever so causal about witnessing Mr THE Prem take his final bow ...casual?eerr ehh..infact thats like the biggest understatement in the world....hehe make it rather '"devastated"..but I hav snapped out of it now and accepted the dark fact...that come a few days from now  Prem wont be around but only to see you strike back with a bang if not as Prem then as some other character...in a bigger better show..and we will wait for that ...meanwhile it goes unsaid that whilst you disembark and den embark again, we will be there no matter what...

I know and I am sure that there is no looking bak..not wid you..not wid us...we will go on...you will continue conquering and we will keep partying and rejoicing
