Episode 2
Recap- Introduction of Kanya and her friends first. Kanya is a fashionista while her friend Anita is a nerd. Kanya says she isnt ready for love. Ayaan and Shanaya are dating! Sonia and Amit are dating and Kripa and Sunny are dating. Kanya and Anita are single both for different reasons of course. At lunch Ranbir is introduced. He is a hottie and a very nice person. He and Kanya have same Physical Ed and Art classes. After college Kanya and Ranbir go over to Kanya's house for an art assingment.
Ab aage
Kanya and Ranbir are in their car driving over to Kanya's place. Presently they are stuck in a traffic jam.
Kanya- Mumbai mein hamesha traffic jams hot hain!
Ranbir- I know!
Kanya- You are a very good artist! Tum kisse seekhe hain yeh drawing karna?
Ranbir- My mom. She loves drwaing and is a very good at it too! She wanted to pass on that talent to me!
Kanya- I wish I could draw like you!
Ranbir- I don't really know about that but you are a very good artist yourself!
Kanya- Thank you! I enjoy drawing!
Ranbir- Can see that! Hey the traffics moving! Will talk once we reach your place!
Kanya- Okay!
So they also move and soon they arrive and Kanya's house. Kanya pulls Ranbir out of the car.
Kanya- Come on!
Ranbir- Coming!
They ring the bell and Pammi opens the door.
Pammi- Kanya beta! Beta yeh ladka kaun hain?
Kanya- Mama inse milo! Yeh hain Ranbir Nanda. College main naya ladka. We have an art homework so we are working on it together!
Pammi- Accha!
Kanya- Ranbir this is my mother Pammi!
Ranbir- Hello Aunty!
Pammi- Arre! Tum dono yahaan khade ho rahe ho? Andar aao!
Kanya- Come inside Ranbir!
Ranbir- Okay!
So they go inside.
Kanya- Okay Ranbir baito. Main change karke aati hoon.
Ranbir- Okkhayi!
Kanya goes inside her room and changes into a casual top and a capri. She ties up her hair in a losse pony. Then she removes her make-up and goes down. Ranbir smiles broadly when he sees Kanya. Kanya goes near Ranbir and sits near him.
Kanya- Hey!
Ranbir- Looking cute!
Kanya- Thanks! Lets start working on our work! You want anything to drink and eat?
Ranbir- Sure! I will take a cold coffee!
Kanya- Cool! Mama! Two cold coffee's and two plates of pakoras!
Ranbir- You too like cold coffee?
Kanya- Absolutely! It is my favourite drink!
Ranbir- Mine too!
Just then Pammi comes in with the food and keeps it on the table. Ranbir and Kanya first finish eating and then they start working on their drawings.
Kanya- This Taj Mahal is so difficult to draw! Do you think you can help me out?
Ranbir- Sure. I will hold your hand and then do it!
Kanya- Okay!
So Ranbir holds her hand and they do the drawing.
Ranbir (holding her hand)- This curve goes like this! And this one'''''
Kanya (looking at his face)- Ummmmmmmm
Ranbir (looking up)- Why are you looking at me like that?
Kanya (looks away)- Nothing! Can you explain how to do this curve once again?
Ranbir- Sure! But this time I wont hold your hand! You just observe my drawing and try to do the same. Okay?
Kanya- Sure!
So Ranbir shows Kanya the curves and stuff! After a long 2 hour time full of drawings they finally get up.
Ranbir- I guess I should leave Kanya!
Kanya- No ways! Lets swim for a while and then you leave!
Ranbir- I don't you know carry around my swimsuit whever I go!
Kanya- I know silly! I have many spares! Come with me!
Ranbir- Okayie!
So they go to the changing room. Kanya shows him the way to the swimming pool. Kanya emerges in a beautiful white swimsut and is looking stunning. Her hair is let loose and her soft curls blows softly in the wind. Ranbir comes out and sees her and gasps!
Ranbir- You are looking very beautiful!
Kanya- Thank you!
Ranbir- How do I look?
Kanya- Dumb!
Ranbir- MEAN!!
Kanya- Just kidding yaar! Well you look hot! Lets jump into the pool. I cant wait!
Saying this she jumps into the pool. Ranbir follows her.
Kanya- I love swimming and sometimes just lying on my float and reading a book and drinking a smoothie!
Ranbir- I enjoy the same thing too!
Kanya- So Ranbir do you believe in love?
Ranbir- Kyun?
Kanya- No just asking!
Ranbir- Yes a lot but I am not ready for it now! You?
Kanya- Me too! I really don't mind falling in love but I am so not ready for a heartbreak! I seriously mean it!
Ranbir- I guess this is not the time to have a heartbreak!
Kanya- My friend Sharon had been dumped by her boyfriend and she got into depression and drugs and such bad stuff! I want to mature mentally before I get my man!
Ranbir- I don't know know if this is coincidence or not but you and I have similar thoughts and similar interests!
Kanya- Main bhi wahi soch rahi thi!
Ranbir- Can I ask you something?
Kanya- Go ahead!
Ranbir- Your best pal Anita she really doesn't seem like your other friends! You all are like the typical popular girls while she looks like a typical nerd! How come you are such close pals?
Kanya- Everyone asks me that! In 2nd grade my elder sister Pooja had passed away. I was so upset that I didn't study for a test. Anita helped me out in the test and since then we are best friends!
Ranbir- Oh!
Kanya- Shanaya, Sonia and Kripa don't exactly like her but they put up with her and are nice to her only for my sake. They were my friends since KG!
Ranbir- Cool! Even the guys?
Kanya- Yes. Ayaan was Shanaya's crush for a long time. Sunny and Amit joined the group in high school.
Ranbir- Don't you want to accept other friends in your group like me?
Kanya- Why? Ofcourse you are a part of my group!
Ranbir- No just asking.
They spend rest of the evening talking and swimming. When Ranbir wanted to go Pammi forces him to stay for dinner. He agrees. This is dinner time. Kanya is wearing a blue shalwar.
Anand- Kanya yeh munda kaun hain?
Kanya- Meri naya dost Ranbir!
Anand- Oh. Dil se accha hain kya?
Kanya- Haan papa. Bilkul mere jaise hain!
Ranbir- Hello Uncle! I am Ranbir Nanda!
Anand- Itni similarity hain toh tum dono shaadi karle!
Kanya spits out what she was eating.
Kanya- Shaadi??????? Aur isse? Papa whats wrong up with you?
Anand- Kanya????????? How dare you spit?
Kanya- I am sorry!
Pammi- Koi baath nahin! Chod dona un logon ko! Bacche hain aakhir!
Kanya- Haan papa!
Ranbir- Uncle hum sirf dost hain!
Anand- Whatever.
Pammi- Okay ab sab log jaldi khana khatam kar lo!
So they all finish their food and Kanya and Pammi are outside to bid a goodbye to Ranbir.
Kanya- Ranbir I am sorry for papa's behaviour!
Ranbir- It is really okay Kanya!
Pammi- Beta jaldi jao. Bahut andhera huwa hain aldready.
Ranbir- Okay bye guys! I have to go!
Kanya- Bye Ranbir! See you in school tomorrow!
Ranbir- Want me to pick you up for school?
Kanya- Sure!
So Ranbir goes home.
Pammi- Beta tum roz Anita ke saath jaate ho na?
Kanya- Maaloom hain mama lekin ek din ki baath hain! She wont be destroyed! Good Night!
Pammi- Good Night!
They all go to sleep.
