I really want to know why Sid had to marry Anuradha.  What was the situation/circumstances that he married Anu?

he married her coz she fell in love with him, and when he told her he loved sanju and not her, she jumped of his bike and tried to kill herself, and went into a coma, when she finally woke up he decided to marry her so she gets better quicker.
