i am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo weight conscious....

i'm 5"8 and am 116 pounds....

am i skinny or not????

but i eat alot!!!

like 6 meals during summer....... i don't even touch junk food.....

i mostly depend on fresh fruits and green vegetables...

its hard for me to gain weight.... what should i eat to have a normal weight for my height!!

yeeah, your under weight.

maybe eat more protein?

fruits & veggies probably equal to high metabolism...
