I think it's mostly to do with your genes. My mum is also 5ft 6 and I was about your height when I was 13 but now i'm 5'6. You are still only 14 so I think you will still grow.
And I think like you said the yoga might help.

If there are any boys on this thread or any of you have brothers that want to grow taller tell them not to do  weights/body building when they are still growing or it will make them shorter. 😆

okay guys, as i mentioned on the first page that i am 13 years and am 5"8 ....so when i went for a general checkup, the doctor said that i will grow taller like 5"9 or something....and i'm really scared, i mean is this height to tall for a girl...

btw, 5ft 3 or 5ft 4 is about the average height for woman so don't worry too much.
