Personal Life:
Rashami Desai Sandhu was born in Nagaon, Assam, India. Rashami did her schooling from J B Khot High School. Rashami is also a trained Kathak and Bharatnatyam dancer.
Television:
Rashami Desai Sandhu who started her career at a very early age got her first break in Ravan on Zee TV followed by Meet Mila De Rabba on Sony TV and Uttaran on Colors. Rashmi has worked in few other serials including the Pari Hoon Main (as Pari and Nikki, double role). She has also done episodes for Ssshhh...Phir Koi Hai. She has done reality shows like Comedy Circus, Maha Sangram, Zara Nachke Dikha, Crime Patrol, Big Money, Kitchen Champion season 2. Rashami is best known for playing the role of Tapasya (Tapu) in the popular television soap opera, Uttaran.
